First of all I would like to say how much I enjoyed the teaching and knowledge that you and Kathleen provide. I do have a question. At the beginning of the year I wrote down my goals in my journal. Goal card. 3by 5 flash card. Write your goal on it carry it around and feel how grateful you are that you have reached your goal. This works, our brain does not know the difference with real or imaginary. Hope this helps.
