If you watched the game and not just his makes, he is a very shaky shooter. He misses badly. I still think he’s going to be the best player from this class but definitely not a great shooter yet.

My thought exactly, I get SGA vibes here. Apparently he's working out with the same trainer who told one of the commentators that he's like a stronger version SGA when started to train him when he got to the league and feel like he could be just as good.

SGA’s outside shot wasnt great either when he first came in castle will definitely develop his shot with the spurs coaching staff

So lucky to be mentored by CP3 at the point and coached by Popovich right in his very first year. This kid will be an All Star someday.

This draft class has a lot to prove. Because media are saying it is not a good draft class. I hope they shut a lot of mouth

I genuinely think even if the Spurs had the number 1 pick. They would’ve picked Stephon Castle. Yeah his shooting and efficiency numbers leave alot desired but he can get anywhere he wants with ease and his feel for the game is elite. Once he gets a mid range shot drop coverage will be an easy 2 points everytime.

Cp3 has a track record of unlocking young guards look at shai and booker . Spurs are gonna have one of the best guard big duos once cp3 leaves

He looks very comfortable getting to spots 😮 manipulate defenders and able to seal them around the rim for easy twos or assists.. plays with power and follows through his missed shots… I like him a lot

I thought he was probably held back because of his role at UConn. May end up being the best player in the draft.

Damn I like his game. When his shot making comes along he's gonna be an incredible player. He will get more open shots playing with Wemby.

Their only similarity is their hairstyle lol Garland is 6’1 and a bad defender, basically a worse version than Trae Young while Castle is 6’6 with a big frame, elite defender who can switch 1-4 already, great slasher, already has great composure, good handles and footwork for his size and age and good IQ he know how to play his role, and he has good passing instinct and feel for the game too, for me he has the potential to be the next Jaylen Brown, or who know maybe even Kawhi, Butler or SGA, but i think his ceiling, size and playstyle is more like Jaylen Brown, and i think his floor is like a OG Anunoby, Caruso or D.White, an elite role player everyteams wants..
