That seems to be happening a lot. I know Davis wants to keep his skills sharp…but Ryan should have fought Isaac Cruz waaaaaaaay before getting a shot at Tank Davis who is the BEST at that weight. Frank Martin should now fight Rolly Romero to see how far he has dropped. Then make his way back up. Next fight should be Ryan Garcia and Isaac Cruz. THEN the winner fights Devon Haney for the belts.
