@@DanielRidore Normally I'd agree with you, but not in this case. Edwards has already shown to be a more poised, mature player. Booker may have great talent, but he doesn't have the same focus and mentality that Edwards has, and that to me is clear as day. Not to mention Edwards is better defensively and you still need some defense in the olympics.

SAS is on point about Jokic not able to rest. Game 1 he played 41 minutes. By the 4th he was visibly tired. I think coach Malone needs to gamble on some of his big players on the bench. Sacrifice a few minutes without Jokic so he can give it all on the 4th.

The same thing when the lakers were able to throw Ad, Dwight Howard, and Javale McGee on Joker. The recipe to beat them is to constantly be able to throw multiple big bodies at him.

TWolves are so much faster than the Lakers. The bench is far deeper, younger, less injuries, and I believe on average they’re the tallest team. Nuggets can’t bully the TWolves.

What got the Nuggets over the hump last year was the Wolves not having McDaniels, Naz and KAT missed training camp and 2/3 the season.

⁠NBA is an American League. They don’t want a European player to be the face. Why do you think most American media is hopping on Ant so much and already talking about him being the future face. The league is also behind Ant because they would prefer the face to be American-born. It didn’t look like that was gonna be the case …until Ant man arrived.

So happy to watch ANT and this team. They are god sent to remind people of why the old school killer attitude and defense was fun to watch. We have a league today with an MVP who cant jump.. it needed this team.

Anthony Edwards is special but ya'll are crazy. It's just one game. You can't dismiss the Denver Nuggets like that.

Watched Jordan as he got bigger, Iverson as he got big, Kobe, then LeBron and Rose... and now Edwards. Like he figured something out this season. Some things he does really looks 'Jordanesque' and his attitude seems more in that mold/Bryants, but he's honestly doing a lot earlier than Jordan did. Not saying he's better or anything (yet), but man... if his mentality keeps and if he can stay healthy and focused... then I can't WAIT to see what this guy does! Not sure if it'll happen over the Nuggets - they're still the champs and I expect them to come back and make this a heck of a series. But if Ant's even more "THAT GUY"... man.... getting me excited about the NBA again!

There is an offset. Malone did not capitalize on switching. One thing that they can’t guard is Gordon on the perimeter. This will be key. Both Gordon and the young small forward.

Edwards literally trying to alter the nba atmosphere, also SGA/Holgrom. Those dudes got energy, play defense, got reliable IQ/communication, and got nerves of steel.
