Big props to the team or person who created that video. What some may not have noticed, the entire video is B-Roll footage with A-Roll audio ONLY! The camera never cuts to her interview footage (if one was even taken). The video is 2 min 16 secs long and you never get bored! Great transitions, background music was palatable. This definitely inspired me for my next agent looking for a media video like this in GA

What I know after 30 years in TV is that her production team on this video was AMAZING! To put that much content with gorgeous video into 2 minutes is astounding. If that production team ever gave their info, they would have business for a decade. BRAVO!!!

Hey Stephanie, how about using professional photographers when listing properties over $1,100,000. You know, like the one listed in Marblehead. Reducing it $1.00 after languishing on a down turning market is not exactly doing your best for the seller. The last few years it appears anyone with a functioning brain cell can become a real-estate agent, but most know that only true professionals know HOW to properly market their listings. Might I suggest you go back to realtor school and maybe brush up on the basics. 1st cardinal rule is.... DON'T over price the property....2nd rule is....take Professional photographs only. You completely failed at both
