Curry lay ups package and scoring versatility are hella underrated. He s also almost perfectly ambidextrous right or left (lay ups, handles, all around) there is no weak side no matter what u can't force him into one side to slow him down it doesn't matter right or left. It s so rare. Apart of him and Kyrie most of the NBA superstars have a weak side. He s a virtuoso an artist pure talent.

What does Bird have much than Curry ? + Magic in his time played in a very weak west conf, that can make for a good part of his titles, Chamberlain and Russell still debatable as that span of NBA history is kinda hard to judge. Not saying they're not great af but i would not allege their places in top 5 as set in stone, and sometimes it's just a natural bias of ours to think the-eldest-the-greatest. And with all Curry's accomplishments, you can hardly not discuss him one of these places.

Makes sense imo, apart from silverware which Curry has already exceeded them in, he has also been the very heart of the ruling dynasty in LeBron era, has shown massive leadership ability like Tim Duncan, and has completely outclassed everybody in one way of scoring with his 3 pointers. Plus he shaped the way game is played today. At this point it's just ridiculous to say Curry is not top 10.

Nonsense. People act like Steph isn’t the primary ball handler on the team, and ignore how he controls the game. Sure, Draymond brings the ball up plenty, but when it’s an important time in the game, you can be sure as hell Steph is taking that ball up and going into his high ball screen. He knows what the team needs. And he’s a great passer. And he can defer to other guys who have it going. And he knows when to use himself as a decoy. He absolutely represents the essence of a point guard. He just does it in a way that is much more than just being a traditional point, which makes it too complicated for random nba fans to understand
