They're not allowed to sign autographs with blue ink because people are likely to do fraud woth their signatures. That kid's mom knew exactly what she was doing. Same thing happened to Russell Westbrook and he completely ignored the kid because he was holding a blue sharpie. The larents of these kids know exactly what they were doing and so did the players that refused to sign.
