Hey Charles! Thank you for the video! You showed you sent a notarized CID with a stamp in Spanish. I'll be doing the same thing. Did they accept it like that or ask you to attach a translation (only for stamp?). Thanks!!!

Hello! I am unsure about that answer since I made this video about 2 years ago but I did a quick search and maybe the link next would help. Maybe you'll find the answer in the following link for FAQ's. I quote: "The Step 3 CID form containing your notarized signature and photograph is valid for 5 years from the date of your signature. Once your Step 3 CID is on file with FSMB and it qualified you to sit for Step 3, it is not necessary to submit another CID if you must reapply within those 5 years. You must complete and submit the online application and fees each time you need to apply.  "- www.fsmb.org/step-3/step-3-faq/

I didn't have a US phone number. I did this when I was still living in Costa Rica. I asked a friend I trusted from the US and that's the number I gave. I recommend you doing the same. You want to give them the most contact info you can because you do not want to miss out on any important notice. If you don't know anyone in the US then shot me a text through my ig: theheartofmedicine.ltd

Hi! Thank you for the video. I took my OET test in December 2020. My ECFMG certification expired (I think in December 2022). Can I take Step 3 exam now or will i have to retake OET and get an ECFMG certification again? Thank you

​@@charlesclintonmd I submitted my Pathways application on 12/14/2020. When I received the ECFMG certificate, it had an expiration date on it (I think, earlier, there was no expiration, but from 2020 the certificates had expiration dates on it).
