You have missed some configuration, there could be multiple reasons. Check if you mentioned correct listen address and port on both machines and oracle home and domain path same on both hosts

Hi, how to access application in a cluster, via manage server IPs? or is there option to configure cluster IP (Connecting both manager server 1 and 2)

You have to access direct I.p/dns of each managed server like managed-server-host:managed-server-port/context of application

Domain is copied on each host using pack and unpack, and then respective managed servers start on each respective host.

Check if the correct i.p and port assigned to your node 2 machine.

we installed weblogic in both nodes and created admin and ms1 in node1 and ms2 in node2 they can run but why should we copy entire domain in to node2?

Because your ms2 is running on node 2. You have to install weblogic on each node and then similarly need domain on each node

Admin server is a singleton service, that means each domain has only one admin server, so no admin server cluster

By default administration port is disabled. You can enable it from console (click on domain name and select option to enable). Administration port separates the weblogic internal traffic from application traffic. That means the communication between admin and managed traffic will happen through the admin port. You will not be able to access the admin Console port like 7001 (which is default). It works on SSL so make sure to enable ssl for weblogic and for node manager as well. And you have to modify all of your scripts and applications for administration port and t3s & https protocol

@@digitak.middleware node manager 2 is running on node 2 So whats the process to start the node manager on 2nd instance and why did u keep 5556 same port to both nodemanager

Same port because both are on different nodes, node 1 and node 2. remote managed server control by remote node manager and for that you will have to create two machine from admin console. 1 machine for node1, and 2nd for node 2. To machine 1 give i.p of node 1 and to machine 2 give i.p of node 2.
