awesome. I love this template. I use it the most becasue its the most common hair growth pattern (I find)... Have you tried the no ink synthetic skins? im obsessed. great question... the spine is what separates the direction of hair growth so depending on the client's natural hair growth you will use a different stroke template. The rainbow stroke template is the most common. 👍🏻

Do all types of blades work on synthetic inkless skins?

yes you can use slant blades, u blades, flex or hard blades. any Microblading needle will work on a synthetic skin. however, using a U blade will be easier if you're using one of the two sides ( not the tip)

New to microblading. My instructor told us to cross the every end if our stroke. I thought it was not a good idea 🤔 not I have to break that habit

I'm not sure what you mean. Ive never heard of a trainer telling a student to cross strokes. this will create a bleed where the cross meets. Instead use the staircase technique to make it appear as if strokes are touching. if you cross strokes the area where the two strokes intersect with be deeper and can cause a bleed out. instead you want to use the staircase technique which will make the strokes appear like they're crossing.
