Question.. if the tune is bought frozen from the grocery, do we need to wash it before prepping for sashimi?

No, but if you do wash it damp dry with paper towel

@@ellixuwu3577 - My guy, all fish for Sashimi is flash frozen. You can most definitely eat it if it hasn't been frozen before, but the risk for parasites is high. All raw fish you eat at Sushi restaurants has been frozen for health and safety reasons.
