Great video! How's do boundaries come into play if at all when you have someone aggressive or that you work with putting you down or picking on you? Assuming love them and turn to the other cheek and eventually they will quit or you will get a better job.

Tony, work in the 4th step should help clarify what, if anything to do. If I have a difficult situation, I always do inventory and share with a sponsor before moving forward. Thanks for listening.

I have great respect for our traditions. I also respect 12-steppers who reach out to help a larger audience. I received no pay, did not use last names, and was very thoughtful about these workshops.
