What I do is print the image, either laminate it or just use packaging tape if it is all you have. Use exacto blade #11 to cut it out. I use a sharpening stone to keep the blade nice. Hope it helps

yes mylar is amazing option (7, 7.5 is good, 10 mil is the best but hard to cut

Use plastic poster board they sell em at Michael's art store it's clear thin plastic you might even be able to use it on a vinyl cutter LINES WILL BE EVEN MORE CLEANER

@@Fobius8 last a while and cheaper because you can buy plastic sheets for stencils at hobby lobby but it's not huge and they tax you a lot for a few sheets

SUPERDOPE!

I have so much trouble with paint bleeding under my vinyl stencils I've nearly given up. I try taping around edges as tight as I can. Tried spray paint, with brush, with sponge. I'm so disappointed that I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any tips ?? Xxxxx

spray lighter is back and forth spray coats one spray as u swing ur arm left and one when u back to the right, u just need to have a big border around the stencil for over spray

CRC /ADOS has a spray can available called ON & OFF Not the cheapest (my 210ml can was about $13NZD from bunnings) Used to make decals etc but can also be used for stencils Temporary tac that apparently leaves no residue
