True final boss and making new memories ending achieved by completing enough side quests, and gathering enough collectibles for Lily's progress bar to 100%. This will lead to a optional area called Eidos 9. With all that done, you got to accept Adam's proposal in the end of the cutscene here to trigger this fight. Boss only has one phase really but hits like a truck. Every attack can easily take off more than half your health if your shield is gone. But you also get a cool new look. Looks like regardless of the ending, a sequel might be possible. One ending left. Enjoy!
This ending has to be the Canon one since it's called true ending.... this ending makes the most sense to me especially there names being called Adam and eve wich is the start of humanity

I chose another one for most of the run. It had a flower on the side of her head. But I really wanted a jet black hair. And this had it. Plus it suits her
