yeah. espescially the moment Eve says "our god, we will meet again, i swear", with cracking voice and brandished her sword. the true ending, despite it being the best one, still lack emotion. i mean, the "our god" changed to "my comrades" is very weak

The hardest ending to get. And it's not even worth it. You gotta practically blast through the game and ignore everything to get this ending.

The game is basically punishing you for speedrunning. It's unusual but not unique in gaming. Greedfall has it where Kurt betrays you if you ignore his personal questline and get too far into the game (and you get a trophy for it as well as strange as it sounds). I know it's not the best comparison but it's what popped in my head when I saw how the endings worked. I openly wonder how many other games do... and will do... similar scenarios.

@@icefirefusion101 Metro 2033 also does this, it's also unusual in that the bad ending is the canonical ending for the game as the sequel shows.

Speedrunning the game isn't too bad if you fully upgrade all of your abilities and play the game on easy mode NG+. You can finish the game in 4-5 hours.

Exactly, this trophy must be the last to get with fully upgrade you can get this one in few hours

EVE's lament. Providence saved her, at Lily's behest, only to take Lily away in exchange. Broken & alone. Raven was right.

I'm surprised more people arent talking about that. I feel like Lily coulda survived that shock, but Eve just chops her in half with no second thought 👾
