The music does remind me of Nier. No idea how the devs got the music and combat flow so perfect in Nier Automata, but I hope it's close to or the same in Stellar Blade.

@@NotThatBob The soundtrack will have around a hundred tracks. 40% were created by the composer of Nier. The developer of Stellar Blade is a fan of Yoko Taro. In his previous game there was a collaboration with Nier Automata.

Eve is gorgeous, the game looks gorgeous, this appears to be an amazing game. Love the stun mechanics when hitting enemies. This could be game of the year material.

@steelframer I can expect 1080p - 1500p or so for 60fps, 4K isn't happening. The easiest thing to do I any game on PC as an example that'll net huge performance gains, is lower your resolution. Given how beautified the game is, I sincerely doubt they'll opt in for reducing the visuals for performance mode just to attempt and maintain 4K60, the fidelity downgrade would be huge.

It's wild to think about how crazed people are over this game, you would think it was some kind of pr0n game with sex in it or something, it's apparently already garnered an Adults Only rating in Korea for a voluptuous chick seemingly all by itself. Which is crazy to think that Nier Automata could have just as easily gotten this level of treatment if it was released now seeing as that's in essence what this game is, it's a very sleek-looking Nier Automata type game. Don't know if it will have the branching paths and replayability in terms of story yet, but it definitely looks good.

I feel like I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention the fact that Last of Us II which the PC crowd who want this game to perish seem to love actually has a sex scene in it with Abby, just a strange thing that I feel like is worth pointing out, the juxtaposition of false virtue signaling and what it allows for and what it very conveniently disallows for to the point where they start calling anything that you like as coomer-bait but what they like is a masterpiece that needs re-re-re-releasing as soon as possible to get more eyes on it.

Looks great but I really hate previews. 5 seconds of gameplay and then another cutscene. I wanna see how it plays for an extended period of time. But yeah rise of the ronin, stellar blade, dragon’s dogma 2, and the Elden Ring dlc are all coming and I’m excited. Gonna be a great year if these games are as good as they look.

Yeah, very Korean Game, not in a bad way but in a good way. Congrats to the studio at least. In my opinion everything feels like it comes from Korea like how you feel in K-drama or K-pop.

Nier automata is one of my favorite games of all time, sad this is a ps5 exclusive.

Everything about this game is beautiful, the graphics, the art style, the combat and of course…the MC. Thank you developers for giving us an attractive MC instead of some woke, butter faced western beast.

I’m a sucker for Waifu, action, good graphics. Take my money.

Lol, reading all these comments is just funny 😂 you all seem to be quite optimistic. Boss/enemy design looks really cool, world design too, let‘s see how much we can explore of the world though. Side quests look completely boring, will probably have all these generic fetch quests. Battle mechanics, eh, I don’t know yet… could be something good, could be awful.

To be fair I don't know a single game that has fun sidequests, Even games like the Witcher and Yakuza (which are known for having interesting sidequests, suffer from this)

@@Ikaruga_Shinra Tbh I really like the sidequests of the Yakuza/Judgement series. They have sometimes such a weirdness that you ask yourself: What. Is. Going. On. You’re right though, mostly sidequests are boring, but there are imho good ones out there. To name just a few more right out of my head: I liked the DLC sidequests of horizon zero dawn, I really liked the whole world/character tendency mechanic of DeS and its Mephistopheles‘ quest

we know she is hot and have big ass but I'm a little worried about the gameplay it's always cut in less than 3sec with differents movements, the QTE I'm not a fan is that a cut scene or what? dodge system isn't very clear, the feeling when you hit something is kind of bland reminds me of chinese games but maybe it just their style dunno. Nier automata trailer really showcase their gameplay and how fluid the combat was so if a new hype game arrives into the scene I don't expect less since you need to pay full price, I hope the trailer before release would clarify a little more
