wow. wow. WOW. can't believe I landed here almost half a decade after. I just played some of the most inspired renditions of the few standards that I can play confidently (on piano) AND YOU HAVE SO MANY MORE!!! thanks a whole fucking lot!!!

This is really great, solid timing nice line and leading the soloist nicely through the form. Even if you loose the changes its easy to get back on track with you outlining the harmony!

119FU Shurely it’s not easy to play with a lonely Bass line! I suggest to keep the real book 1 score and stroke the time with your feet while playing.

Don't take the whole song at once, practice the a section for one day and then the b section the next day, and so on. You keep getting lost because you're not sure with the changes on your instrument. Never practice with accompaniment unless you already know the tune very well.

add a track with the chord changes to help u navigate and then once u get used to the bass track u can remove the chord changes.

I agree with Ricardo. The changes here are very clear, but it's a little bit of a difficult tune. Try practicing first with an Aebersold play along or iRealpro. This bass playing is beautiful. Makes for a very nice backing track!!!

A me sembra una pessima idea, scusami tanto. A che serve un video dove si vede solo il lavoro della mano destra? Tanto vale ascoltare una semplice registrazione audio. Complimenti vivissimi per la performance, ma il video è inutile. Peccato, una ripresa a figura intera sarebbe stato molto utile.
