As shown in a post cresit scene. So the real okabe that we see in whole of s1 does not get to be in the steins;gate world line. The okabe in the steina gate world line is different from the okabe we see in s1.

That final scene was perfect. It can be viewed as an open-ended scene, but we all know what happens next after that. I wouldn't forget when the ed song starts playing and the credit starts rolling, I was shaking my head how perfect that scene was. Truly a masterpiece.

@@saverio_6990 i think they simply just want more of the sg anime, and its also an effect of watching sg:0 after sg (like youre supposed to). people who do that instead of watching it thru chronological order tend to end up a lot sadder, despite knowing sg is the true worldline. after watching 0, youre kinda in a weird limbo of happiness and sadness, where youre happy that sg actually happened but at the same time still have the feels from 0

It gives me chills when I know that everything in this eposide happened after Steins;Gate 0, even tho you don't need to watch it after Stiens;Gate 0, but this scene surely happened after Steins;Gate 0 and after the eposide 24 of Steins;Gate. The point is, it's the final thing happened in Steins;Gate world line, that means Okabe and Kurisu finally knew that they love eachother, that's what I've been waiting for, omg 😍😭 Plus, she could know that he had alot of pain until he reached "Steins Gate", because they still have the memories from other world lines, but as "dreams", still that's what I wanted 😍

I believe Steins;Gate 0 begins when Okabe has to make the decision to save Kurisu or not in episode 22 or 23 of Steins;Gate. So the OVA and Movie is a continuation of season one while Steins;Gate 0 takes an entirely different decision path from that point in episode 22 or 23, much like in the game itself.

Okabe Rintarou, that pervert. After years in time lines he knows what question to ask her in order to get a kiss as an answer.

She might not remember what happened during those three weeks but that's the best part of the Steins Gate world line. They now have all the time in the world without any fear they can now be together. 10/10 series

This episode was included in season 1 in the site I watched and felt like it was a slightly better ending than episode 24. But after watching 0 this is the only ending I will accept.

After watching Stein's Gate 0, this is a very bittersweet ending

It'd destroy the magic of a perfect conclusion. Besides, Steins;Gate is part of a franchise of series that happen in the same universe (Science Adventure), and there are indirect sequences of S;G in the franchise, like Robotics;Notes.

This scene is so happy yet so heart wrenching at the same time because you have to understand that in reality, this never happened to Okabe. In reality, Okabe gave up on saving Kurisu and in the end, the only reason Kurisu was saved was because Mayuri of the present changed the past to have Mayuri of the past motivate Okabe. So, the original lived his life without Makise Kurisu while another version of himself had Makise Kurisu. Thus, the midquel, Steins;Gate 0. What makes it even sadder is that, that time when Okabe was thrown into another time line because of Russia was the last time he ever saw Kurisu, and had to sacrifice her once more. God I'm tearing up writing this.

It was a worthy sacrifice. Every single choice in 0 has led up to this point. There was no hapiness to be found in the Beta worldline for anyone. Okabe's sacrifice there was a step in favour of letting his past self save her. They got their deserved happy endings, all sacrifices were worth it, and that's the beauty of S;G and S;G0.

I mean this did happen and there is no "original" okabe. 0 okabe and this okabe are the same person, just at different times. 0 okabe doesnt even exist in the ending anymore, and there is only one worldline active at a time, which is this one. If anything, this okabe is the original. I mean not like there is multiple okabes anyway. Its the same person, on different worldlines, all of them except the SG worldline got erased , that really all there is to it.

Yeh he doesnt know what amadeus is but after watching steinsgate 0 we just came to know how much kurisu has influenced his life and what she meant to him and he literally travelled to past by time leaping 3000 times that's got to be some really strong love tbh.steinsgate 0 really gives the depth of their relationship and makes this ending 1000 times more satisfying.

I always find it sad that everything from S;G0 is forgotten, especially how Okabe went through 3000+ time leaps. But at least they reached Steins Gate, that's all that matters.

It isn’t really forgotten. As shown, deep down the memories do exist there somewhere. The Okabe you see here probably subconsciously has the experience of 0 just not the vivid memories. In fact, you can clearly see it here at this very moment when he confessed.

Watching this ending after stein's gate 0 is so satisfying and heart wrecking at the same time.... I fr want just another 24 episodes showing how everything that happened in sg0 happens differently in stein's gate worldline .... For eg... In some other way okabe has to end up meeting maho.... Its an inevitability even if he doesn't know her.... Just like how all the character kept meeting each other even though their original point source for meeting was gone..... That d be pretty cool and seriously they can make it so much like a treat to everyone....

Once you end steins gate 0, its kinda sad to realize that, despite all the sacrifie and sadness okabe beta went through, he never saw kurisu live again

He got to see her because there can only be one active world line. He changed the present by changing the past. Steins;Gate 0 is the events between Okabe's first and second try to save Kurisu and it answers very well that why Mayushi slapped Okabe. So , Okabe from 0 will see Kurisu again because both Okabe's are same and have same soul.

Maybe Okabe will never meet Maho in this time line, simply because they met each other during the presentation of Amadeus, since Kurisu is alive in this time line, probably she will be the one presenting it instead of Maho. Also this Okabe has no memories of her, which is sad since she was fundamental for him to open the Steins gate.

@@umcaraqualquer3640 O Reading Steiner não é onisciente. O Okabe "original" (o que acompanhamos no anime) só tem as próprias memórias. Quando ele viaja pra outras worldlines, as memórias do Okabe daquela worldline são apagadas e substituídas pelas dele. Por isso ele demora pra perceber que o IBN não tava no laboratório, por exemplo. O Okabe do 0 morreu justamente pra não ativar o Reading Steiner e roubar a vida do Okabe "original" na worldline Steins;Gate.

@@MarioGuadalupe Essa primeira parte eu sei. Só não tava ligado que o do 0 tinha morrido mesmo, valeu! Eu achava que era tudo o mesmo Okabe, mas o que você explicou faz sentido tanto narrativo (Ele não parece ter as memórias do 0) quanto cronológico (0 não tinha lançado ainda kkk).

People fighting about the watch order... thanks I watched SG yeears ago before SG 0 released. Just to add I enjoyed and loved it the problem is just I was missing kurisu and I hoped to see more about her and Okabe as the old days .. but I don't think there's chance for that.
