Stegosaurus was that person who only uses Liu Kang's sweep kick like a cheater.

In real life, even a might Tyrannosaurus Rex (which didn't live at that time period but is the most well known large tetrapod) wouldn't risk injury inorder to hunt a full grown Stegasaurus. It would probably be easier to take on prey such as Hadrosaurs which generally have less defensive armament

lol do you know anything about the tyranosaurus? it basically was a fearless creature. it took on fully grown triceratops in its time which was actually bigger then the stegasaurus . it also battled with the anklosaurus.

@@kevgamer12 Haha well and all that is based upon..? As fas as I know there hasn’t been any analyses done to exactly know what any dinosaur fed of. Mere guessing and comparisons to carnivores of today. No predator of today is taking unnecessary risks, as even a small injury in the wild easily gets lethal. No reason to think that a T-Rex would be more stupid and attack prey that might very well kill ‘em if there were easier ways to feed.

@@kevgamer12 based on information available, no evidence t rex ever fought a triceratops. I'm sure it happened so who knows what the outcome actually would be. We do know given their brain size they were likely as smart as a chimpanzee and that tells me they are smart enough to not get themselves killed.

As if those dinosaurs would just stand there waiting to be hit, in real life they would probably dodge or even try to jump on its back or perhaps grap its tail before or just after it strikes, I'm pretty sure they would do something than just stand there waiting to be hit

They probably would stand there, carnivores who hunted the stego (mainly allosaurous) couldn't dodge because they can't just jump to the side, remember these weighed more than a ton. Also the main goal would be the neck, not jumping on its back. And if a dinosaur like a raptor which could jump, still probably wouldn't win because of the plates so it would also most likely go for the neck while the others in the pack distracted the stego.

@@milky3494 I thought the smaller ones would move on but guess you are right they probably could not jump unlike jurassic park dinosaurs I guess it what I was thinking of. Elephants, hippos can move fast so can geraffs so perhaps dinassurs are not as slow. I don't know I'll take your word for it

Even if they were slow or couldn't jump they would not just stand there, lots of big and heavy animals can move fast so it's likely these dinosaurs could move fast enough even if they couldn't jump but I think they probably could at least leap out of the way a short distance or just enough to get out of its tails reach.

most of its power were in its hind legs and had extra energy reservoirs. by the time they reached adulthood they knew the speed and timing of there tails to properly use them.

The club tail of an anky would definitely cause the most damage, cause internal damage with ruptured tissue and fractured bones. If it hit a Carnivore's leg, like a T-Rex it would be over for the opponent. And there was a species of Ankylosaurus (Gastoni that had many sharp blade-like scales on its tail, like an Aztec obsidian sword, that one could cause some serious damage to an Utahraptor But the horns of a Triceratops are just as dangerous plus it can move its head in any direction

@@setheatontheautobot4586 It would cause damage too naturally, I think the first swing from a Stegosaurus tail would make a predator rethink its life choices and leave the Stegosaurus alone, to look for a weaker prey

Having a T-Rex fight a Stegosaurus is just like having a Tiger fight a Pinacosaurus if you were to consider the time gap between the two animals.

The carnivores act very stupid. Instead of eating the carcasses, they go to the Stego and wait to get hit. ^^ But i like Stegosaurus.

This is not a realistic challange. No carni is going to just stand there swayyinggg back n forth, back n forth saying "You like me with butter or salt?" They did not just stand there for 15min at a time doing nothing; They worked with others of same species or, at tge least, took a respected jab and run towards the bitch with the tail. I few good leaps at the neck coupled with ripping with of those dang claws and Bammmmmm lunch for da Rex. M. IL. USA. 🇺🇸
