    @@TheFlowingDutchman I have some onnit steel clubs that should be here tomorrow, and another brand mace next week. I do kettlebell exercises now and been using a light bulgarian bag, but have been interested in clubs and maces. Can't wait for them to show up.

    @@TheFlowingDutchman here in my country, the weight of the maces start at 4kg then next is a 6kg. I also do kettlebell lifts, I plan to go on studying mace but I am currently stumped, should I start with a 4kg first or can I go on with 6kg? Thank you man! I would really appreciate the response.

    Coy Tolentino a 4kg will be light for some exercises, but it will benefit you greatly learning the moves. Eventually you can use a 6 for most too. But if you have to start with one I’d say a 4kg

    @@TheFlowingDutchman oh... you know what? I got both! I actually watched your video on weight recommendations and I have both 4kg and 6kg. For flow and heavy work. Can't wait for leg day tomorrow! Lunges here we come! Thank you man! I really appreciate your response.

    Is this a mill or a reverse mill ? I thought the mill was like a tennis serve !

    It's an outside mill connected to a front circle with the bottom hand connected so it becomes assisted ;)

    @@TheFlowingDutchman How do you determine the middle of the mace ? Does it include the head or is it jsut the middle of the handle alone ? Thanks.
