"He doesn't kiss! No one likes him!" always takes me by surprise 😂 Honestly the bite that the character brings is a huge factor when it comes to rewatch value. I wouldn't love him so much if he wasn't such a menace.

I love that scene too! And same, Stede is my favorite and Rhys does such a wonderful job with him I can’t imagine Stede being played by anyone else. The whole cast is absolutely gold and helps sm with rewatch value for me

Honestly my favorite part about that scene is how lovingly they talk about how a piece of their beloved Lucius is being committed to the sea or whatever, like, it’s super loving, and then… “BEGONE YOU FOUL THING!!!” *launches finger overboard* Brilliant.
