Steamed chiffon cake | No Oven! Tasty as the baked ones!

• Ingredients: steamed chiffon cake
Eggs 5 (each about 60 grams, separate the egg white with egg yolk) 0:30,
Corn oil 50 grams, 0:54,
Milk 75 grams, 0:59,
Lemon peel pieces a little bit, 1:11,
Low-protein flour 80 grams, 1:31,
White granular sugar 50 grams, 1:47,
Corn starch 25 grams, 2:27,
An 8-inch cake mold, 3:31,
• Heat the water to be boiling before steaming the cake. Steam it with medium low heat, just make sure the water is boiling with small bubbles. Steam it for 50 mins, turn out the heat and keep it in the pot for another 5 mins. Then remove the plastic wrap,and let cool by inverting it and keeping some space between the cake and the desk.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

    我蒸好等了两分钟开盖,还是塌了(开锅前隔着锅盖玻璃看还是很好的),放凉后感觉也不够松软,是不是冬天室温低的原因呢?另外,是不是糖少了,口感偏淡。

    配料是标准的哈,糖可以再加,如果操作没问题,可以再把火调小点,蒸够45分钟试试。

    用蒸的實際能夠傳達到食物上的溫度大概在120度,溫度越低就要越久,可是你東西那麼大你不久一點中間會熟嗎?😂

    如果想熟的快,可以試著材料減半⋯不過時間可能要自己試試看,用一根竹筷戳蛋糕體(深一些),拿出來看如果竹筷上沒沾蛋糊就是熟了
