What are your thoughts on doing something like the steam tip Weber Workshops offers?

They've done a great job, and we might come out with an adaptor for their tip. I've used it.

FWIW I tried their tip and hated it. Massive buildup of milk residue inside the tip, I'm guessing becusse of the complex turbulent flow associated with the curved blade aperture. It was a real pain to keep clean. Also a lot of pressure build in the steam wand cause it to heat alarmingly. I'm a fan of Weber, but this product really didn't cut it for me. I also spent a lot on it because the adapter didn't fit my machine
