我妈也是很喜欢直接放在水里煮,煮好后只是捞出来后再塗上盐和麻油切成片,配上辣椒吃太美味了,而煮过的水加入鱼丸,菜心当汤配饭吃.
醬料挺好的
水煮繼續煮就好,去油去腥,沒必要再蒸。

广东人煮什么都喜欢放白糖😂我妹妹嫁给香港人几十年了,她煮的东西就是喜欢放白糖,说真的不合我们家的口味,而我老爸总是会跟我抱怨说为什么她煮的东西都是甜甜的😅😅
这跟白煮肉有什么区别?最终结果都一样。

她是说两条肉,没有说两斤。
多此一舉……直接煮熟就好:在煮好控水撈出這步驟直接省去改……關火蓋鍋蓋悶大約悶10分鐘旣可肉質軟嫩多汁。再去蒸只會使肉中水份跑掉肉質變硬。樓下那位煮一小時的會使肉過熟變柴

对,文不对題,骗人!我就是看到标题说不用水不用油,好奇心及好学心让我按了进来,浪費了我的时间。
太麻烦了! 其实只要煮好后等放凉再切片就可以了 !
吃了這些大肥肉不三高就怪了。
