Hello Sid from across the pond. Why don't you ask the statue dealers if you can clean the statues for and let you film it for us. And the statue you thought was a dragon is a squirrel 🐿️🐿️. May God continue to bless you and your family double portions of His Hope, Faith, and Love!! Much love from The Alexander's ❤️
Sid as a classic car owner, you could make a fortune on steam cleaning engines and the underside of cars , especially classic cars , definitely worth thinking about

Gravestones have to be cleaned very carefully using appropriate cleaners. It's very easy to damage them and speed up their aging process by using pressure washers or inappropriate cleaning methods. Please be careful doing this, especially if you do not have the family's permission.
That machine is epic, Sid! I was rooting for the statue, but ultimately the cat took 1st prize. Good to see you again 😊

They make a cleaner specifically for concrete... specialty items. I've watched video's of where people go in and clean tomb stones. You can't power wash them or you might lose some of the etchings or names and dates. People go in and spray that stuff on and give it a light scrub with a brush and then rinse. Sometimes two applications are needed and the stone comes out like new. Usually a person has the cleaner in a spray bottle, a scrub brush and two, 1gallon bottles of water to get one done and restore it. Nice video to see how much that washer can get off concrete.
Yes, please! More of these videos!

@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I would guess that it was a planter or urn, judging by the height of the iron rebar. Probably one like the 3rd from the right on the upper shelf @3:18. I would actually use this video to pitch to the owner of that statue yard that they could pay you to show up on a mild winter day and clean up some of the grimiest that aren't garnering interest.
So fun to watch!

I think the statue came up good and the black spot is fine as it adds to its patina of age imo That suggestion on steam cleaning engines is a good one too I think
I love the statues!!
Interesting variety of results. Maybe an idea for easier transportation of long pieces: lay them down on a piece of wood, slightly larger, and strap them. Cheers

Do more! :) Nice to work with the statue seller down the road? Win-win, nice video to watch.
Yes sid with another amazing video!!!! , quick question bud, do you think pressure washing using cold water on low pressure on a brick wall would have the same benefits as a steam cleaner.
Great job on the testing, thing the cat came up so well as it's a lot newer and it's made of different materials than the lady statue... I love my garden ornaments to have the aged look, but at some point when they start to loose their details they need a sprouse up...they look lovely when the deep detailing his left dark...
Sid, there are videos on you tube of people dry ice cleaning stuff - particularly car engines. Maybe that's another line of work for you. 😄 There's no end to your talent.

I will check it out sounsd interesting!
That cat reminds of Mr. Bigglesworth from Austin Powers. LMFAO!!!!
The big statue!
Pre rinse with vinegar and dish soap in solution of water at a 10 to 1 mix. Let sit 15 to 20 minutes. It's as good as bleach but less toxic to plant life. The steam cleaning car engines sounds like a good use of the machine and could pay for itself. Use the same solution. Dawn dish soap is one of the best de oilers, better then some commercial degreasers on the market and again better for the environment!
I enjoyed watching the reveal. Squirrel Dragon needs the finished cleaning/paint removal to see his true self There’s a young boy I saw on the news that charges just over £8 to clean headstones with a bucket of water and a brush…a young entrepreneur Looking forward to the next video..stay dry and warm 🇨🇦 ❤️

Worth a try isn't it! If not i'll have to fork out and try to resell :D
Just a suggestion for content during the winter season. Try detailing cars. Pressure washing dirty exteriors of vehicles is always a good one for content.
You could put a plant pot on the angel statue. The rod would go up through the drain hole. As long as it doesn’t block it completely. Trailing ivy!
Hi Sid! herres an ide don't bother by statues make a deal with the seller to clean them for there costumers for a fee or for free and get a short out of it or clip them together in to a compilation.

Very interesting video. I, too, thought the steam would do a better job on the older statues. Lastly, watch your swearing. There's probably some old little lady out there who spit out her tea when she heard it. Good video!
The cat really came out the best! But the last statue is nice even if it didn't clean 100%
Is the Vtuf steam cleaner going to be your “everyday” cleaner going forward or will you still opt to use regular cold water?
If you do this again with more statues Sid, maybe get your Mrs to choose them :)
Can you indulge my curiosity? How much water do you use in cleaning paving etc? From your side I'm thinking it might be useful in preventing unpleasant surprises when the customer has a metered water supply or has their own well but an extraction limit. It might also help when there are hosepipe bans in effect.
Just a question. I want to do mine driveway in about two, three weeks. Is it wise to do that now in this season? Also love the channel and your content. Greetings from Belgium.
@PartridgeExteriorCleaning

It's a trricky one as it will always get dirty again but in this type of weather it'll get dirty marginally quicker, to keep a driveway clean all year round it should really be done twice a year but most people opt for once a year, march -may time, tends to keep nice till december ish.

@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning thx for the answer :)
The cat is still supper cute. I had two cats that were born with stubby tails just like that.
The tall statue will come out the best!! That's my guess, now back to the video!
In the spring have this owner hire you to clean his statues instead of buying them. The statues don’t need to be perfectly clean, some of the staining helps bring out the features. Plus you want them clean not new. Poor kitty. Good thing none of them cracked from the temperature change. Test between different materials, stones, cement ect… you may need to handle different materials differently.
I guessed that the stone sphere would be the best claen up but that cat totally stole the show.

Welcome to the world of steam.
The guy you got them from, near your house, he should offer clients to have them cleaned & pay you to come clean the statues!
You should offer to clean that sellers statues. He’ll never sell them all grimy like that! Then we can see them cleaned and you might make a few bucks.💕
