Good test. Lot less noisy with the strips. People were griping about them not being able to connect sticks once Stealth Stripped. I figure you fixed it with a pretty easy solution.
It obviously dampens noise on the location where strips are placed. What about the rest of the metal components that will still make noise??? The steps or tree brackets bump as they "pop" apart making plenty noise. I only see the stealth strips as a great addition if we cover every single visible piece of metal.

The steps and tree brackets make a little noise but the sound is lower pitched and doesn't resonate like the tubing. Also, the steps and brackets on the X2's come with a textured coating on them.
Huge difference!! Thanks for sharing
When you put stealth strips on these sticks did you remove all the hardware?

I bought 1 large roll (4"x72") and have plenty left over to use on other gear.
