You need 15 bookshelves one block away from the enchanting table to get level 30 enhancements. And you need for them to all have air blocks to get the full enchantment

Don't feel bad. Most creators I watch struggle just as much with villagers, but watching you struggle is especially comical. Another awesome vid 😊 ALSO - I think that weird baby villager is a Nitwit, it's hard to tell I think you have some type of entity texture mod maybe??
