He was dead wrong about sea otters tho lmao, they aren't endangered not exclusive to Monterey Bay, they are everywhere here in Alaska. They are probably more abundant in the waters of the Kenai peninsula than in Monterey Bay.

Thank you guys so much for making this. When I was serving in AmeriCorps NCCC I spent some time in the Santa Cruz mountains (Boulder Creek) at a camp for people with disabilities. My team and I went to Santa Cruz almost every weekend. Several months later a girl I met in AmeriCorps and I traveled the area together and we fell in love in Santa Cruz. It will always hold a special place in my heart and I love you both even more after seeing this video.

Covid thing made me re-watch this and now I realise how lonely I am.

I haven't been so happy watching a video in my life. The fact that you guys lived in Santa Cruz and now you come back. Something about you guys coming back to an area that I live and that you lived at one point was truly crazy. Over this same weekend I spent time at pacific avenue and went down to the lane where I surf most often. Knowing where you were at in the small city of Santa Cruz was so cool. You guys and your story is so insanely inspirational and you guys put out amazing videos. The stuff about the pink man and the hippy jokes were so funny because it is so true. Thank you so much for the awesome content.
