Staying with a nomadic family in Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬 (Part 1 of 2)
Read here how you can do this trek by yourself www.tim-tense.com/trek-song-k...
Song-Kul is a beautiful alpine lake in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. There are several options to get there and one of them is by walking. I started from the Kyzart Pass and made my way to Kelimche valley in this video and I slept for the first time in a Yurt.
0:00 Intro
0:30 Shared taxi from Kochkor to Kyzart Pass
01:49 Start hiking from Kyzart Pass
09:06 Swimming in ice-cold mountain river
13:07 Arrival at Yurt camp in Kelimche Valley
16:27 Tour or a typical Yurt camp in Kyrgyzstan
21:19 Dinner at Yurt camp
In the next video I will go to Song-Kul and stay with a local nomadic family.
Enjoy watching!

Great video once again. There were a couple of times when you said it was pretty ‘intense’. I think you should brand it instead as pretty ‘Tim-Tense’ 😂

I like your video! I'm sure they were thinking, "who is that crazy guy?" 🙂 I admire your bravery for doing such an adventurous trip! I don't blame you for filtering the water, you could get what Americans call 'beaver fever". Even if the water comes from the mountains, deer upstream can cause you to get sick.
Thank you )
