Perhaps it is as simple as choosing love over fear, choosing love when in fear. Maybe every time we step out of the story of 'us and them', 'right and wrong', and chose love and compassion to self and others, even the perpetrators, then the love and peace and harmony we seek is suddenly revealed in our own hearts. Maybe it is that simple. The more i own that all of humanity's light and dark are also my own, the more i am graced by compassion, and in that compassion is the peace i seek.

Humans over complicated things soooo unbelievably much. I wholeheartedly believe the only way to find peace is by doing exactly what you said. It truly is that simple. People spend the whole lives trying to distract themselves from the darkness inside them placing blame on everyone else and never owning their own dark traits. I am the light and the dark and to be free you must learn to integrate both. ❤❤❤❤ keep spreading your truth!

In my own life I am realizing there's differences between making peace and being peaceful. Some people are very difficult if not impossible, to make peace with. I can still choose to be peaceful though. Its hard when others project their disregulation on me. My ego wants to defend itself. If I truly know myself then other's lack of peace doesn't become my duty to dispel.

Just heard this today. May '23 and it has really shook my perceptions and structures of reality. I get from this that i have been gasslighting and ignoring my reality while trying to fit into the social construct of society that prevails. Ive been lying to myself that what i sense inside me doednt have relevance or importance. That the lies politicians, media, advertising, global coorperations and more dont bother me. And ive been slowly been going insane in each piece of deep truth i give away to the lies. While beating myself up. The most precious deep gifts i get from this is the uprising of the deeper intelligence, the soul. I guess i never believed there was an all prevading intelligence, so i dissed that deeper wisdom rather than celebrate and align myself and life with it. SomehowCharles talk has shown me the matrix, took me out of it and replaced me with choice of who and what i say yes to. Big thanks and gratitude for this talk. It feels like its a new pair of glasses and a new story for me xx

Beware. Lots of platitudes that trigger us emotionally but there are no policies to make anything happen. It FEELS good. And we feel bad now. But that blissful reprieve will fall apart when it comes to the reality of long boring meetings that require compromise and collaboration in making a single city law or policy. He needs to stay in his Own lane. I ask you. Can you really repeat what he said? It’s all very lovely smoke and mirrors and bypassing of the hard work.

When you hold on to anger it manifests in you --- YOU DON'T HOLD ON TO IT -- you let it go. Did Jesus Christ hold his anger towards those that betrayed him, did he hold his anger towards those that caused him injury? HE FORGAVE THEM. When you forgive someone for a wrong - you set yourself free. You need to look at everything from all directions, and this Charlie is not showing you the correct direction and you should question this -

No. The anger against injustice is righteous. Jesus was angry at the moneychangers in the temple, he let it command his actions. This is only right. To defend what is good and right and true. Turn your cheek to a slight, be slow to anger, sure. However, if you believe this means to let evil take over and corrupt everything, to let it have it's way, then you need to re-read the old testament, and then look again at Jesus teaching and actions through that lens. You turn your cheek to a person's mistake, you do not lie down for evil to have it's way. You defend the weak, the old, infirm, children and women. You do not turn the cheek and let evil consume them. Pay attention. Pray and grow a backbone. Stand up for righteousness. Protect the innocent. Fight the evil. Burn it out, stem and root. That it can never grow back.

I disagree about your interpretation of what happened with Jesus and the money changers. Jesus scolded the money changers the way a parent scolds a child for breaking their rules - he never stopped loving them - just like I never stop loving my children when I discipline them. Something that is true or good is an absolute, it doesn't need defense - it is in your heart. Fact is the masses know the TRUTH and the media and establishment are using a small minority to project the illusion that more people believe the lies than actually do. You are being Gas Lighted. Ask yourself did Jesus hold his anger sacred? Jesus was divine and could have easily struck down the Pharisees - did he? No, he forgave them. I think you are confusing forgiving with forgetting and that is not what I am saying. What I am saying is understand your true purpose on this earth and why God created us. Did you know - Charles was at the 75th Bretton Woods Conference with the likes of Larry Summers and members of the World Bank and IMF. Ask yourself did Jesus go to the Pharisees and say we need a new system of money? Why was Charles at this Conference which happened in July 2018 a few months before the Pandemic. In his key note Charles even said - all we need is a crisis to bring on a new system. Charles is not fighting injustice he is colluding with those that have set up the systems of injustice. Don't fall for pretty words, they will be used to trap you. Watch what Charles does and not what he says. And beware of thinking tokenizing nature in order to "protect it" or tokenizing acts of love is a good thing. Charles is also an advisor on Celo block chain -- evil masquerading as good.

I think “hold” in this case doesn’t mean keep or sustain it. It means to acknowledge it, respect it, and use it to help me understand myself at a deeper level. My feelings are a pointer, a reflection, of what I believe inside. So, if I take a moment to identify that I’m angry, and why, I can then make a decision as to what I want to do about it. That may be simply updating my own belief, taking some type of action, or loving let the feeling go (forgiving). I may be wrong, but what I think Charles was saying that feelings are sacred. We can choose to use them to help us understand ourselves rather than use them as an impetus to do harm.

I'm so glad I listened to the entire talk. The best part for me was the last question from the audience - and I want to give a big shout-out to the young man who asked it as well as Charles' eloquent response (1:44:32 - Duty vs embodied knowing; rethinking “The Princess and the Pea”). Listening to our bodies and not overriding their wisdom is absolutely essential. Our bodies know long before our minds in most cases. They will guide the way. Overriding leads to a form of gaslighting of our very souls, then speaks in symptoms of anxiety, crisis and despair. To the young man conflicted about work for greening of cities, and trusting his body's wisdom - I hope you read this; you are on the right track, and I'm sure you will be a forerunner for your generation as you are ahead of the curve, so to speak. Love.

That individual was last for a reason. How beautifully captured and articulated; feeling the internal dissonance between doing what appears right on the surface and in the current narrative/timeline we've inherited, yet still feeling within our body a sense of wrongness. As the speaker's struggle was revealed, I wept, as I am all too familiar with this sense. The reframing of this classic tale which Charles offered was a beautiful and powerful response. Hi Charles.. I've been following your work for years and am grateful. I resonated with 99% of what you said, but one part worried me. If home schooling is a pathway for that young mother, what happens to all of the precious children can't afford that arrangement either because they don't know how to organize their lives around that option or they aren't aware of that option. Public education can work when the whole community is an active pod that supports children and child centered curricula. We've ceded responsbility for our children to the policy makers and textbook and testing industries and that's why education is insane. But to come together as a community and actively advocate for not just our children but all children is the way we can make a difference, not by retreating into our own little silos, however progressive we think they are. When we do that, we are abandoning the children (and families) left behind in shcool.

I found I wanted to close my eyes and 'absorb' what Charles brings, through, behind and beyond his words. He carries such a vital impulse and energy for us in these very disorienting and disquieting times. Like he says, our bodies feel it all and sometimes its not so much about the words, but what he transmits through his voice and presence. I felt the message deeply and a sense of relief. I think he is a true visionary of our times, and sometimes you don't need an 'answer' so much as the reassurance that someone out there "knows" the truth of it, and you are not alone .. This makes the apparent story bearable, that someone out there is holding the reality so we can survive its appearances. It somehow means that what is behind the scenes is not as horrific as how reality is showing up to us. "We cannot hold the story alone". Thankyou for pointing out the new age distortion about 'creating our reality'... that we are simply given an opportunity to say yes or no to what is being offered . This is a talk that I think I will be able to listen to over and over in the moments where I feel I'm losing hope I lose hope, faith, or sanity, to remember that there is a Unity behind the divisions. When a conspiracy theory offers you an explanation for EVERYTHING ... be careful !!! VERY important.

So lovely to hear you speak Charles! Just a thought... Vengeance, punishment and hate, or healing, are not the only options. There is an option that can arise from neutrality called Justice. Sometimes for healing to occur, justice is necessary. The crimes against humanity may be a bit too far gone to expect healing without some form of Justice, which does not require hate, only discernment.

I also pondered these ideas of a sort of multiverse "chose your own adventure book" type of reality but this thought here is what made me question the theory. If we always ended up in a reality where only those aligned with us could participate, then how the hell did we end up here? I do not align with about 95% of what this reality forces onto me, I feel completely alienated to this realm. I sure do hope there is a reality I'm aligning to where psychotic weirdos driven by degenerate desires do not exist. But it sounds like another mental comfort zone. Here is to me hoping. 🤞🤞

I was a keen follower of Charles for a number of years. I am a vegan, pro animal rights, pro human rights, anti capitalist, pro organic farming, pro genuine democracy and pro equality for all person who meditates and is interested in all things spiritual/ supernatural. I grow some of my own food and have rewilded for nature the land my father passed on to me. I also try to grow some of my own potential medicines, health aids/ herbs etc. However I'm flabbergasted at the antivax tendencies and/ or beliefs of many others who share most of my values listed above. To me obviously big pharma are one of great malevolent profit obsessed organisations in existence today. They aren't, but should be incentivised to improve people's health, not put profits before people's wellbeing. The issue is prioritising profits over health but definitely not condemning the covid vaccine which saved countless lives. All vaccines and medications have risk of course, but deaths and hospitalisations were many times higher among the unvaccinated. Robert F Kennedy has no expertise in infectious diseases and Joe Rogan just amplifies whatever talking point he hears. Both these people have risked the lives of countless people who believe this made up pretend science. Dr Peter Hotez who selflessly pushed AGAINST BIG PHARMA for cheap vaccines to save countless lives in poorer countries is now getting targeted by anti-vaxers. Anti-vaxers in the spiritual community are now allying themselves with anti vaxers on the fascist/ far right. This is crazy and certainly not my idea of spirituality of which the search for truth and justice are central tenets. I am really disappointed in Charles endorsing Robert Kennedy, rather than what I see as candidates who embody spirituality in their whole being - that is Marianne Williamson and Cornell West.

The America that almost was and yet may be .. it is indeed there as this talk is evident of. How powerful and potent this is! The power and potency that when offered the choice between vindication, revenge and punishment on the one side and healing on the other side, without hesitation choose healing. A choice that is possible because of the empty space between two stories that we experience. Is this choice the creator God and Goddess present in creation? The awareness of life itself unfolding and forever creating new magnificent mansions to explore, rest and play in. A birthing where the birthpangs sometimes seems too much to bear, but never are. The gentle falling away of who we thought we were are revealing a pearl that is well worth it all ❤️ Thank you 🙏

Charles puts in words, that which I feel and have felt my entire life. The part where he speaks about gaslighting yourself has me in tears. Just knowing that there's others like me, that live this story, is so comforting. For the first time since covid I've been regaining the strenght to speak out my truth. That my life has been a multitude of synchronicities since the day I started to belief that it could be. Instead of my regular programmming, which had me believe life was miserable by default, that I will be poor forever and have to do a job that I don't like, that I am deeply traumatized and therefor have to live the consequences daily. That money is what counts in this world and your worth is measured by it's accumulation. That everything you feel, or can't put into words is unscientific and thus completely disregarded. To say that, that you believe in the most unquantifiable thing there is in this world and hold it in the highest regard... LOVE, is probably the most rebellious act this world.

Fifty-three years ago I was in a position where most of the key roles in "my" life, with which I had been identifying myself as, were at least temporarily no longer applicable. That recognition urged me to ask myself, "So, if not those things, what am I?" The answer was simply: a man. This brought forth another question: "What does a man do?" This morning while listening to Charles Eisenstein speak, he posed the same question, which made me realize that the search for answers, for truth, for knowledge that began those many years ago had set the course for choices, experiments, learning, growing, healing and contributing that I am still traversing.

I’m just wanting to mention that while I’m super excited about RFKjr … I think it’s important for us all to be asking him and asking ourselves why the DNC was able to choose their own primary candidate regardless of what the voters wanted. The court backed them up too. It’s not a pretty court case, and it doesn’t bode well for Kennedy. This is another beautiful talk by Charles though… I hope we make an awesome next five years.

Hi, I live in England and don't know much about American politics, but I've followed rfk Jr since the lockdowns and have greatly admired his work....could you explain the process of his election which you have referred to in your comment? This has a warning tone about it....to be honest I was quite shocked that he was putting himself into that arena in the first place...

Hmm, looks like my response was deleted? I shared that the DNC (democratic national committee) was able to choose the candidate of their choice regardless of voters preferences during the primaries. The courts ruled in the DNCs favor, effectively giving them carte blanche to rig a primary election in whatever direction they choose. From the article linked below: “The ruling; however, appeared to reaffirm that the Democratic primary was stacked toward Clinton, while also demonstrating the court’s limited ability to intervene in the operational decisions of a political committee. “The court thus assumes that the DNC and Wasserman Schultz preferred Hillary Clinton as the Democratic candidate for president over Bernie Sanders or any other Democratic candidate. It assumes that they stockpiled information useful to the Clinton campaign. It assumes that they devoted their resources to assist Clinton in securing the party’s nomination and opposing other Democratic candidates. And it assumes that they engaged in these surreptitious acts while publically proclaiming they were completely neutral, fair and impartial,” the final order read.” nsjonline.com/article/2017/08/florida-court-concedes-that-dnc-had-a-right-to-favor-clinton-in-democratic-primary/ If I see that this article or post is deleted again. I will be contacting KZread to find out why.

Thanks for this outlook on how to live poetically. I do find, however, that you do not take into account (I got to 58.59) to what extent our possibility of choice is conditioned by the narrative we were brought up in and even more by how we were treated when we were little (cf The Continuum Concept by Jean Liedloff). We do need a way to decondition ourselves as much as that is possible, to develop a full and warm sense of self, of rightness, to be able to chose a time-line that has its roots in love instead of fear. Thanks! Michael

I experienced our timeline changing in one particular moment on 9 Sept 2001. I can experience the timelines of the story that is hopeless and the story that is divine. What has surprised me is how it takes a big leap of faith to choose to move back and forth when it is not easy to see across in the moment from one to another. Becoming easier to accomplish these days but I am not able to solidify my timeline of choice. I am contemplating deeply at the moment why this might be. I am wondering whether it might be that I feel that without sometimes spending time in and observing the timeline of the 'lies' narrative keeps my dream timeline routed in truth, or something like that. I seem to be learning to stay outside of the fear zone. Min 35 Love the 'safe' prediction - I am experiencing some days multiple synchronicities.

When you claim to have mastery over the reality of the esoteric or embrace conspiracy or reject valuable institutions you become a pariah. I prefer the wise you who doesnt clame to have the answers. Charles always seems to be the wisest/smartest in the room in whatever room he may be in. Which may be just a matter of perspective. To a midget everyone seems tall, likewise, to someone of low intelligence everyone seems smart. So, realizing that, I will still defer to his intelligence/wisdom. It is however comforting to observe that many of his revelations are similar to what I have experienced since experimenting with LSD in the sixties and discovering throughout my life. I can appreciate his uniqueness, sincerity, originality, and depth. As a longtime radical anarchist activist, I am skeptical of all politicians (people who run for office), and as much as RFK jr. comes across as benevolent, caring, and wise, I still have my doubts. Especially as one who promotes horizontal governance (kzread.info/dash/bejne/qa2rr8qgZpOah5s.html) as the antidote to corrupt government, rather than reliance on any one politician. Since Charles has become his friend and supporter I would hope that Charles asks him how he hopes to overcome the Nazi/Eugenicist/Nihilist contingent that seems to have infiltrated every nook and cranny, especially the CIA*. When his uncle made his famous speech of wanting to shred that organization into pieces and cast it in the ocean, he was eliminated (ostensibly) 2 weeks later. That act indelibly transmitted to all future leaders and everyone a very serious threat/warning, and of all people I don't think it is possible for him to ignore it. And to add to his veracity, an explanation will hopefully be forthcoming. *There is much evidence of this, but just to give you one example of what he is up against please read this fantastic article: cynthiachung.substack.com/p/after-over-50-years-of-running-domestic

Vengeance and justice are two different things. I disagree with anyone who thinks that evil will just somehow go away, if we just set our hearts to love, love, love. That is a false sense of reality, UNFORTUNATELY here on this earth. There is something called Justice, and my definition of Justice means that evil is taken down, so that evil does not take over. There are people doing HORRENDOUS THINGS to humans right now as we speak. Each of us will have to face this fact at some point. Vengeance is repaying evil for evil. That is NOT what we should be doing. Justice is a system of handling evil, and there HAS TO BE A SYSTEM OF JUSTICE. We all want to escape clown world. The old world is imploding because we allowed the evil to continue. There is a new world coming and many will end up there. And many more will end up in a worse place than this. The REAL "punishment" for the perpetrator comes in their next life, not this one. It's called Karma to some. Although they will most likely receive some of what they reap here as well. Double whammy. This is why JESUS is so important.
