Morning Travis. I see people posting all the time to not do anything because the end is near. I don't know what Bible they are reading, but the Bibles I read are full of scriptures about not only being prepared for our souls, but all through the Bible it also tells us to be prepared for our life here on earth. It tells us to prepare earthly things. Proverbs 27:24. Ezekiel 38:7. Proverbs 21:5. Psalm 20:4. I can go on an on. God not only wants us to prepare for our life after earth, but for living on this earth too.

That, and a lot of Christians believe in the pre-Trib Rapture, so they believe they won't face a Tribulation, and don't need to prepare.

WWII mom's on the HOME FRONT, taking care of the children, growing VICTORY GARDEN, volunteer work and some WORKING IN FACTORIES, which was new. NOW everyone working, growing gardens just to survive day by day. Good Luck Everyone 🗽🇺🇸🦅

FACTS

When you vote for a politician who will rule over your life, you have given them permission to do things that might even harm you. This removes accountability on their deathbed. I will not vote for an overseer again for this very reason.

I've been prepping all my life and I'm 74. Always had more food than I needed. Had firearms since I was 12, reloaded since I was 18. I'm a jack of all trades and a master of none, my Grandfather taught me to know everything in my Life. I built houses, rebuilt engines, transmissions and differentials, welded, built car trailers, built aluminum ❤boats, worked in a sawmill, a mine, electronics, did bodywork and painted cars, plumbing, electrical wiring, hunting, fishing, raising animals, farming, survival skills, 15 years 8 months and 6 days in the military! I'm disabled now, but I can hit what I aim at out to 300 yards! Learn all you can and be self sufficient, you are your own first responder!

Getting our salmon canned up for the next year.

I had always wondered how a homesteader would deal with fallout ?

How about something in which somehow one either builds or can improvise a fallout shelter with someway of taking enough for food, sanitary, water and sanity for two weeks and then have enough seed, soil and greenhouse building material to keep food going, also any kind of filters. This is because of the fact that radioactive cesium has a half life of 29 years so I would not want to grow in the woods.

I don’t recall Jesus saying much about ‘enduring to the end’. I remember He talked loads about laying life down for a friend and sacrificial love. And it seems in history the early Christian martyrs bear this out enduring horrible ‘ends’ for the sake of Jesus. Maybe enduring to the end is the wrong message to focus on… Food for thought. ❤
