• Strategically located near various popular tourist spots in Bromo.
• Clean cabins.
• Beautiful views from all sides.
• Free WiFi with strong connection.
Minus
• The mezzanine floor in the Family Cabin has low ceiling clearance, causing frequent bumps for those not used to it. However, the ceiling is not hard.
• The mezzanine staircase railing is not very secure for children as they can climb it. Extra caution is needed when bringing small children, as the staircase is steep with small footholds. It can be uncomfortable to navigate up and down.
• Limited drinking water provided, with only one refill available. There is no water dispenser or gallon in the lobby 😆.
• The ramps for strollers or wheelchairs are slippery; I slipped even though I wasn't running or in a hurry.
