I am pretty sure the blue butcher outfit has a actual face model under the mask, I seen it from a video on guy speaking Spanish talking about the game, Had 0 clue what he was saying.

There both random after saves (unless the naked costume comes on when he chops a body which is what i heard)

how come the second butcher is slow also how do you get the butcher to wear these costumes

The Butcher changes his clothes automatically when you reach a certain point in the game
