Thank you for your kind words. It’s a really rough day and I needed this. Faith has got me a long way. The Holy Spirit gave me a song a while ago- the words are “when the saviour comes, when he come for me, I will be set free. I will be free”- I’m praying I get out of here soon. It’s not easy being in here. How are you?

Bless you for checking in ! May God bless you tenfold! ✨✨✨

Hi Sweetheart, I've been watching a couple of weeks now. Am a 67 yr old woman and you kinda remind me of myself. I hope you will one day soon be able to blossom & flourish just like I think you want to. You hang in there and keep on scratching your way up and you will make your dreams come true. I see a strongness in you & I back up whatever you're hopes & dreams are. Hope to see you again soon.

@@wheelsnfeels I'm fine, came home yesterday from the hospital with pneumonia otherwise just fine. I'm so glad you answered me as I also find you interesting. Does your family come to visit you? I sure hope they do. Also, may I ask why your paralyzed? No judgement placed on you what so ever so please forgive such a forward question.

@@Sky-cz9lj I’m so sorry to hear that! I can’t imagine what your dealing with, I’ll include you in my prayers. Ofcourse you can ask ☺️ I’m not paralysed but I have chronic conditions (fibromyalgia and ehlers danlos syndrome-hypermobility type so I dislocate and sublux (not complete dislocations) a lot, I’m in constant pain and my body is exhausted all the time. I also started falling a lot while I was on crutches and had a bad fall that left me with a weird tingling numbness in my legs and lower arms hands and feet- my legs feel like big heavy lumps and my hands and feet feel like Micky mouse gloves- those big foam/balloon things- I don’t know how to describe it properly. I can still move them but it takes effort and intention and I have had to learn how to move my body in certain ways to try and avoid injury as much as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions at all, that’s why I’m here- to share experiences and to learn from others too.

@@wheelsnfeels Thank you for your prayers, I shall include you in mine too. Ohhhhh, you did a good job of answering my question. I gotta go look up Ehlers-Danlos, never the less I shall do my best to support you in your endeavors. You are so young to have the problems you have & I sorry about that. Now, does your family come & visit you? It's nice talking to you. I hope you have a wonderful day today.

What I eat in a day can be incredibly harmful

I’m just showing what to expect on a re-feeding program as I couldn’t find anything before I came into hospital, I’m making the content I wanted to find and couldn’t. Knowing what to expect can be helpful.

@@dizzypancreaspump it is appropriate. Many many people struggle with chronic anxiety and not knowing what to expect. This can block people from accessing the help they need. Having a video like "what to expect/what I eat in psych" can be really helpful to take away the anxiety of going in and accessing that help. Everyone is responsible for their own triggers. If you know watching that type of video is harmful to you, don't watch it. No one is forcing anyone to watch anything. Take what's useful and leave what's not. Be responsible for yourself and have a good day
