Personally I think it wouldn't go well if the songs concept and message don't match. Eg stay gold is about staying your pure/ gold self despite all hardships in life while psycho is about a girl turning psycho due to someones love. Totally different messages

Actually, the chord arrangements is similar in these two songs, that's why it sounds so similar :) and then planetaerium did an amazing job to getting the tempo matched and adjusting the key.

I like how both of their vocals are pitched differently to make them sound more together. Like bts vocals are pitched a bit higher and sped up to match with the speed of the psycho chorus and the psycho vocals are pitched down a little bit. its sounds amazing

If I don't know them I probably would have thought they collaborated
