Unique concept but my point of view is no one should compromise their career...Whether it is a man or a woman, they should be financially independent. Similarly, housework is not only for women, it is also the responsibility of the man, both of them should share equally.

People like him more as Krishna, but I have seen him as Vishnu in Devo ke Dev Mahadev also. How amazingly he has played both the characters as Vishnu and Krishna. He's such a calm, composite, and versatile actor. His acting skills are so natural, have those expressive eyes, his patience, and his smile... He has everything that it takes to be a good actor. My dad is software engineer and its work from home and my mother is a scientist and I have been properly grown and so there is nothing weird if both parents are working or if our dad does work from home ❤️

my mom always taught me to never sacrifice for career for anyone , always be financially indepdent . My both parents are working and they manage. Very effeciently . Please dont sacrifice your career .

to be honest, its not really important to quit or give up on jobs and careers to raise children and see them grow, my mom is a teacher, 7am to 4pm on duty, but i never felt like her absence in the crucial part of the day made me feel any lesser close to her and she handles it so well, even my dad is working so we don't expect to see him 24/7 but the love is all same, so even though the message of the film is on point and sheds light on stereotypes, i highly agree with the fact that raising good children doesn't require a 24/7 presence of parents

financial independence is a need, not a choice..When my cousin sister gave birth to her child, she decided to resign from her job and become a house wife. On that day, when we all told her not to resign from her job, she said that financial independence is a choice. But after six years her husband died.After her husband's death, she started experiencing financial struggle and from that moment she regretted resigning from her previous job..Now she is not getting any good job due to career gap. So I want to say to everyone that you should try to become financially independent.

Written - 6/6/2023. Edited - 17/6/2023. My favourite saurabh raj jain. I have seen him as vishnu, krishna, dhanananda and then neli oberoi. Now at this youtube series ‘stay home dad’ even he had one more previous series related to same story ‘share load’ which I saw currently. But I have just begun to watch patiala babes previously I was knewing it but failed to watch at the time it was broadcasting on tv due to busy schedule.😍😁

Sourabh Raaj Jain was awsome as usual. However, I have one question to the team, why does either mom or dad need to be at home? Why can't both mom and dad work? 😊😊 This would circulate healthy lifestyle and mindset amongst the family and also an open mindset amongst the younger generation.

You think stay at home parent is not important?? Just opposing the stereotype doesn’t make your point 1000% valid. You need to understand our generation needs more choices instead being told what to do and what not to do. And also.. Financial independence doesn’t mean sufficiency and it never meant to be a sufficient all rounder. You need other roles to play in life other than just earning. And just because someone has a job, he cannot be a good son or daughter.and offcourse financial independence is a need.

SRJ 🙇‍♀️ he literally made me emotional towards the end. So so proud of him for choosing such a beautiful concept and for performing it by heart. I love him 🥺❤️

Unique concept. House husband and House dad concept is something unique which is uncommon and I think not every time men or father are perfect in salary jobs or business some men really struggle and some women or mother really find it hard to cope with housework, daily chores or even child care but they are better at salary jobs or business. Sad, but it is true my uncle didn't want to do any job or business instead he always loves to cook good food, teach my cousin brother, he loves to watch television (serials or movies or news ) and loved to do house daily chores but our society laughed at him and criticized and comment about him that he is not a man but he is woman. Nice, we must respect each other choice because it's their own life and decision we must not comment or judge them negatively.

Seeing Sourabh Ji I always remember of Lord Krishna........ Jai Sri Krishna 🙏.

When the children grow up they won't miss or even desperately need their parents 24 by 7. Both parents should compromoise & bring work -life balance to bring up children. Quitting job & to stay at home, leaving the career is not at all necessary...

+ves of the story-A beautiful bond between father and daughter and awesome performance by the cast including Srj. Negatives - Shows that men have to sacrifice career for women empowerment. Mother and daughter did not seem to have a good bond. In truth, job or financial independence is a necessity for both men and women. No need to sacrifice it for anyone.And household work is the responsibility of men and women.

Too rare and very utopian the dad could still be supportive and do half home chores and both working is still the better option as he said he didn't not have any friends whom he could relate a good coworker environment and people to socialise with and I certainly don't think it's good for any of them to sacrifice their job or any work they love to do

I think people here have misunderstood this video. They're trying to find nooks and blame the creators for showing that the man had to sacrifice. Firstly you wouldn't have been this mad if it was his wife sacrificing for their daughter. Next, he didn't sacrifice. It's what he wanted. His wife was all ready to support him. Also they're not saying somebody needs to sacrifice or something. It's just about what a person wants. If he wants to be a stay at home dad it's his choice. Don't make him feel bad about it.

My parents also took the decision together only for my welfare.....My dad takes care of me and my mom very much every time, he cooks for us, helps my mom with house chores, drops me to school and tutions and also picks up....Though society talks a lot of bad things and has a lot of problems with "house-husband" or "stay at home dad" but still some fathers take this decision for their family. Respect to those fathers, respect to those Superheroes including my dad🙏🙏🙏❤😊

But what matters the most is that my mum had always wanted to be a social worker so to support (it only pays her 12k) her my father wanted(his choice) to stay at home and take care of us. The story and cast are mind blowing and reliving. Reconcile to our favourite saurabh. My excitement was high during complete series due to both actors and story. But still I feel and think that no one should compromise with there dreams and careers and both should share the load of household because becoming financially independent, house managing and happy are equally necessary in life.
