That makes sense! This song gives me the vibes like one of those after-dinner chill sessions on vacation at a local restaurant with a live band playing on the terrace at sunset, while the saxophonist of the band is just jamming and improvising :D

I heard this song for the first time in Malta. I walked the streets of Valletta. The evening was unusually cold and windy. I was drawn to the sound from a nearby bar. Some dj was playing this thing. It sounded kind of nostalgic to me, but comforting at the same time. I liked it very much. I still get that feeling when I hear it.

Thank you. I'm going through the exact same feelings, 6 months later, after 5 years of pain. And I don't look back at all, even though I thought I would. This song really seems to capture this.

Got to heard this thanks to this guy whom I believe is the love of my life. I even remember him saying "listen to that sax, so lovely". Even though our ways seem not to be crossing each other anytime soon, everytime I hear this I still get that feeling that we'll meet again, someday. This is not just music for some people, it's also a way to remember a very special moment, however you wanna remember it.

Found this through someone's comment from a Parov Stelar song. Reasons like this is why I read people's comments. Don't know if I would have ever found this amazing song and amazing artist. I am completely MESMORIZED. THIS IS MUSIC.

This is such a smooth vibe. I played it this morning while the girl I like was getting ready for her day. She went through her motions and turned around at some point and said, I love this music. This piece is talking to my soul, as if it was narrating about a constant stream of suffering, struggle, pain but ultimately, redemption and acceptance. This is what I personally get whenever I listen to this. Painful yet soothing; sorrow intertwined with incomprensibile happiness.

Very well articulated. I was trying to articulate it but you got it right. Spot on. This is what was going on in my mind until i read this; “a song i would play on my last few days on earth, painful but happy with whatever i have lived, peaceful and ready to rest.

I met a stranger in Cape Town and he gave me a place to stay when I was struggling with accommodation, I was from Joburg working at Ogilvy and had just landed a new job in the mother city ,he played me this song in 2016, we are good friends now. As much as I love the sax (I played alto in high school band), my favorite part is the beginning, with just piano and guitar. It really moves me and I find it very soulful. I could listen to that part forever.
