एक बात बाता भाई तुने ऐसी गणीत कहा से सीखी है। अब तु जरा गूगल पर जा ओर पता कर की एक दिन मे वहा पे कितने पर्यटन आते हैं? मेने दो देख लिया ओर पता चला है की 27 हजार पर्यटन रोजाना आते हैं। इसके मुताबिक 27000*30=810000 होते हैं महीने के। ओर साल के 810000*12=9720000 होते है। अब एक पर्यटन की औसत टिकट रेट को जोडे तो 150/- होती है। मतलब एक साल में 9720000*150=1,458,000,000/- ( ऐक सौ पांच करोड़ अच्सी लाख) एक साल का। अब आते है इसकी लागत पर। इसकी लागत है 3000 हजार करोड। अब हम 3000 हजार करोड को 148 करोड मे टुकडे करते है तो आता है 30000000000*1458000000=20.5 वर्ष। मतलब की इसकी लागत 20 साल मे वापस मिल जायेगी। ओर आप तो पता नही 100 से भी ज्यादा बता रहे हो। अब अन्तिम बात लोगो को चु़़़ंंाूूू़़़ाू या बनाना बन्द करो।। जय हिंद जय भारत।

Similarly ur argument of university over statue sounds good but practically both have to built so it takes time,if the govt have to invest only in profitable work then all space agency cannot conduct project on planets coz we still don't have any human settlement there. The statue was built by Public Private Partnership model, with most of the money raised by the Government of Gujarat. The Gujarat state government had allotted ₹500 crore (equivalent to ₹564 crore or US$82 million in 2018) for the project in the budget from 2012 to 2015.[12][13] In the 2014-15 Union Budget, ₹200 crore (equivalent to ₹239 crore or US$35 million in 2018) were allocated for the construction of the statue.[14][15][16] Funds were also contributed by Public Sector Undertakings under Corporate Social Responsibility scheme.

According to him he will be surprised if 1 million visitors will come at statue of unity 🤡 In 2023 there are more than 5 million visitors visit statue of unity 🫣

I used to think this guy doesn't paddle false info. But here is some data i collected which kind of refutes all his claims in this video: - Taj Mahal records a footfall of 7 to 8 million per year and not just 1 million as he claims in video. Statue of Unity recorded a footfall of 5 million (50 lakh) in 2023. - Considering only ticket fee is not correct. Overall revenue from associated spending is right approach. Saying that skills development centers / universities would be a better use of money is not really a good argument. We can afford to have those centers additionally and there is no guarantee that they will contribute to economy - it depends on various other factors. - If we consider a spend of mere Rs 1000 per head, then we generated 500 crore in 2023 alone. So to recover the total cost of Rs. 2700 crore would take less than 5 years (due to growth).

Till date (Dec 2023) it has earned a revenue of Rs. 510 crore from tickets (1.7 crore visitors). with about 50% operating margin (which looks very low btw), it made a profit of Rs. 250 crore from tickers alone. Add around Rs 200 crore revenue (50% opex) from other tourist spots. That's 350 crore net profit after opex. Plus 18% tax on the additional revenue generated of Rs. 500 crore from associated tourism. So net net Rs 500 crore generated in 5 years. That's 17% tot return or 3.4% annual return. If we remove the 2 years of Covid, then a return of 5.6%. Not amazing but not bad either if we assume that revenue will grow.

Lekin abhi humein economy par bhi focus karna hoga. Local business wahan par badhenge, wahan ke logon ka business badhega. Don't forget ki UAE, Saudi Arabia are also focusing on tourism sector. Tourism sector gives you money instantly.

Most of the facts in video this video is incorrect. To start with 1. This is state government funded project where Gujarat govt. Has spent 2700 crores and 300 croreis provided by the centre government. 2. All the 3000 crores is not a statue cost but it is the cost of whole project including 15 years of maintenance contract handled by Larsen and turbo company. 3. Return on investment- In video it is said that it will not be able to withdraw 1 million tourists years which is completely wrong. As per the data already 15000 tourists are coming to the site on daily basis, so if multiply this by 365 than comes out to be 5.4 million visitors. Hence the Return of investment will be achieved in just 1/5 th of the time(mention in the video). Moreover, I will give you one example Tajmahal was built in 1653 so if we calculate it's almost 367 years and it is still earning for us and that too in a big way. So what I mean to say statue of unity is an asset and not a liability which will earn for gujrat and also create thousands of jobs and millions of tourists and when they spend of food, travel, hotels govt. Will get taxes.

So basically let me say this , even a quarter of the 3000 crores given to pandemic support would be more than enough help for all of India , So indirectly the making of this statue is affecting the employees. Now the employees are not getting enough salasry as per their work which is against basic indian laws. Now yes statues are not useless , Tourism takes place we need entertainment or whatever you want to call it but the money spent is too much . Now , IS THAT THE BEST ARGUMENT YOU COULD COME UP WITH ? Abhi True, it's all to make money from kick backs. Uniting people is not profitable. Just an honest opinion, I don't know why people in India think Modi is their savior because from Pakistanis point of view he is dividing India into many groups. As a Pakistani I like Modi.

bhai the construction was started and planned since 2013. by the way such expenses are already classified for their respective purposes in the budget. for which they have to be answerable to parliament without its' permission they cant even spend a penny. u cant divert them just like that. there is always a system for following things. n floods came in 2018. for which there is ndrf . yaar sabka problem yehi hai hamara we dont know facts we are like terrorists bas gun leke baithe hai fire karne.

Here Mr. Rathee came above all the emotions and become fully practical. He ignored the contributions of Iron Man Sardar Patel Ji. And the analysis he did, he really deserved Nobel prize of economics but foolish Nobel prize committee members could understand his talent. But, Mr. Rathee never talked about statues of Elephants and Mayawati. The Statue of Unity will make us remember the contributions of Sardar Patel Ji, it also generates fund by tourism but what about statues of Mayawati and Elephants? Mr Rathee will not say anything on this because Mayawati is not supporting by BJP.

I don't agree with one thing. Statue of unity thode time mein ek kaafi tourist friendly jagah par hoga.. Gujarat tourism is growing at an incredible rate and gujarat infrastructure growth rate is also amazing. Gujarat is the business hub of India, which will attract more and more foreign companies in the future, which will further add into the growth of the infrastructure, which will promote tourism. Projects like GIFT city and Dholera smart city can add into the tourism in long run. Lets see what happens....

If his money would be invested to rejenuvate the nalanda University so that our future generations would grow in better direction Anyone agree or not???

They could make an univ. or a hospital with good facilities and good maintenance.. And unka naam "Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel hospital" .. "Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel institute of technology" rakh dete aur usme ek normal statue bana dete unka..

Watching this video from 2023 when the SOU already attracted more than 10 million tourists in just 4 years of its's inaugration by Nov 2022 with an average of 2.5 million tourist coming yearly.
