That is a vast collection with lots of different scales. How often do you have to dust your statues that are out in the open? I dust mines once a week. But to be honest, I’m starting to get burned out doing it so often. Makes me not want to buy anymore. The thought of adding more to things I need to dust.

Sure buddy. Buy what you like for sure. Stay away from the hype of what people say. This hobby will consume you and your bank acct if you let it. Collect as a hobby and always put family first. Hope this helps you

it's very cool man. I have my own fortress of solitude and for me I don't like my space to be too cluttered but sometimes it just gets like that and its okay it's your own personal space. My own little space is a bit cluttered now since I have smaller space for collectibles, but I move it around and it works, and I love it. I wish i had more space for statues, but my space is done for that so now I have a few figures and small collectibles vinyl figures that I have added to my room. biggest piece that I'm waiting for is the HT Delorean from BTT2, which will be a struggle to fit in my space, but it is a must for me since I sold the first one that I had. Thank you for your take on the collectibles world and you are quite accurate on that. I totally understand the box commentary I, however, chose to throw away all my boxes. It was heart wrenching, but I just couldn't come to terms in renting space for empty boxes when I could use that money for other things not necessarily collectibles. Not going to say it was easy as I understand the value of keeping the boxes because having them really helped me when I had to move, had I not had them I would have been in big trouble! With that being said, I just said you know what I have the collectibles I want and thus If I have to sell one or two, I will sell them as is no OG box take the hit and be done with it. After all, if I'm selling it my emotional/nostalgic attachment must be over and well it's okay for me to lose money as long as it's going to a person that will appreciate as much as I did. And the money I lost in the sale is money I made up by not paying for rental space for empty boxes anyway ha ha! Anyway, great stuff and I am a subscriber 🤜

I’m planning to resume soon as I’ve gotten quite a bit of new small stuff that I think are interests vinyl figures etc. My biggest one that I need to do and been promising to do for a while is my Robotech SDF1, that one is massive and now that I have it set up perfectly I fear moving it but I will because that one deserves a proper video. I do smell the statues when I am lock in the cave with them but I am pretty sure the smell is led and it ain’t good for us. Hey quick question. I’m a new collector and my room for statues is similar to yours with just your average blinds that still let some sun through. After your years of collecting does it really fade them noticeably. I see so many mixed opinions on KZread?????

Direct sunlight with blinds lil open or open all the way it will fade the back of the statue a bit over time. I’ve seeing it happen. Bought one on eBay and had to get my money back it was that noticeable. This room only had the sun 2-3 hrs out of the day so I won’t have that problem. Hope this helps buddy. Welcome to the addiction. The hunt is the best part even for me after all this time

Do you allow any kids in your cave? Also, have you ever experienced people that saw your statues, but had a desire to wanna touch them? Just curious how you handle that. For these reason and dust, I have my statues behind acrylic.

I’ve been doing this for so long. The kids are very cautious when they’re around. So I’m not worried. A lot of people that I know or even have visited my house don’t know I have a room like this. If you don’t walk to the side where this is at you would never know I’m into this stuff. The rest of the house is home. Dust is not a problem if you casually feather dust once every 3-5mo in my house. Hope this help. Thanks again
