ye man, aint nothing wrong with a champion that can kil someone with three auto attacks and has the range of a caitlyn with all kinds of cc and massive movement speed, riots pov is if the champions winrate is low then the champion isnt broken, surely its not because brain dead people just tank the winrate to the ground and surely aphelious isnt one of the most broken champs in the game right? i mean i know a thousand of champs whos winrates are higher than aphelious and are weak champions so i must just be dumb and wrong

Eh his win rates being low isn’t really all about dumb people not knowing how to play him. He’s been out for 4 years now and he’s consistently been sub 47%wr D tier in every patch. Check his win rate in challneger lmao. 36%. Surely the top .001 percent know how to play him right. Yes his kit is overturned, but his mobility is still giant weakness. He has one ability that’s gives like a 15% ms buff for 1 second locked on one of his guns while having one of the lowest base ms. That’s it. Idk how you can say “massive movement speeds” when he’s probably top 10 most immobile champs in a game where most other hypercarries have insane forms of mobility. Also his cc is locked to one gun and is a half second root. You can run away or run him down very easily even when he has purple. Also purple is his weakest gun so really his cc nerfs him lmao. And like most ad carries he doesn’t really hit “3 shot territory” until 3-4 items, unless he’s been massively fed and snowballed(which is pretty hard to do since he doesnt have a strong early and is very open to ganks). Despite that I still think he’s a strong champion in a good position despite his wr%. I just don’t think he’a a so broken like you’re implying.
