Now I understand what the textbook means by two waves super posing to produce a stationary wave. Thanksss!

Thank you for clearing it out!!
If you could please help me out... How do we produce the first harmonic, second harmonic, etcetra?
nice animation salute for your hardwork thank you very very much for making this animation.
The wave that reflects to the start. Does it reflect again at the start? If not then where does it go?
Thank you very much This is the best video...❤❤😍
It is nice to understand how stationary waves are formed
You made it super easy..
Do different points in the stationary wave will have same amplitude like a transverse wave or will it have different amplitudes?

There is no displacement at a node, so that would have a zero amplitude. At an antinode, the amplitude will be a maximum.
Thank you very much!
Is that simulation written in java?
What is the site to make these type of wave animation

I've got a question, how can you describe a vibrating string between two points?

In the South, we call that a guitar.

Wow clear all my dout. Thanks a lot
Top fella, cheers
Proud to say, that this simulation is developed by my coachung teacher sir mahesh kurmi the software name os simphy simulator
the 'nodes' still have an amplitude...

Yehi to baat hai
Now I understand
There is a confusion. Stationary waves are not due to interference. It is formed by the superposition. Constructive interference : When the waves meet in phase. Crest meets with crest. But this does not happen in the formation of stationary waves.

what's the difference between destructive interference and the superposition that causes stationary waves?
Phet!
Here after mr sir waves
you are god.
Kon kon MR sir ke class ke baad aiye hain?????

Aa meri jaan
Instead of reading theory we can see and understand animation
Sir Chanakya niti k sare videos me apki acting, jo ki achi lagti thi vo videos me overacting ban kar videos ko khrab kar chuki hai thoda sa bhi fast-forward karne k dekhne pe kuch bhi samajh me nai ata! We watch your videos bcz it takes less time and give much knowledge but due to this overacting the content is no more useful i hope you will understand my problem and try to solve it!
