The pen that I've been using this school year is the Uni Jetstream. It is a ballpoint pen, but it's as smooth as a gel pen, and it doesn't smug when highlighted. My go to pen is the pentel energel. It’s a gel pen, needle tip that dries pretty quick and I enjoy this since I barely get those awkward gel blobs and I often use highlighters. For pacers, pentel p207 0.7 and tombow monograph0.5 Recently, I’ve gotten a fountain pen- nothing special just a pilot kakuno because it’s cheap and pretty good beginner entry pen.

before I got into journaling and actually taking my studies seriously, I never was particular with the materials I used, but I've noticed I write differently depending on the paper and pen, so now I'm more intentional with what I look for and is starting to discover what my likes are. For some reason, I also dislike white paper, maybe because it just looks so sanitized? Like the whiteness of our screens, so even when I write digitally, I change the page color and only change it back before I pass it. Anyway, thanks for the recos!

i havent tried a rotring pencil yet. i always thought it was expensive, but then i would buy many cheaper pens which… yea makes no sense lol But my favorite pencil so far is the pentel graph 1000 for pro. not to be mistaken with the graphgear 1000. It’s lightweight, but the construction of the of the pen is supreme so it doesnt feel cheap. if you like a heavier pencil, it may not be for you. but honestly i thought i preferred pencils with more weight, and was pleasantly surprised with the graph 1000 for pro

If I ever go back to school and take a class on campus I might journal again but my days are pretty formulaic (the same). I wake up and take my medication, empty the humidifier, and dry it out and rinse my mouth out with salt water. I work out for over an hour and than depending on what day it is I learn between 30 minutes of Russian, Swedish, Spanish, or French each. And in normal circumstances I would be doing homework all day but instead Duolingo. I maybe watch an hour of TV in the evening, watch YoTube for one more hour, go to bed, and than the same thing the next day.

@@icarus5676 machined pens in particular seem to be popular among small individual makers/sellers online. Many people out there machining pens on their own, which i imagine would match the metallic identity of a rotring.
I liked the honesty in the final part.😂
The pen that I've been using this school year is the Uni Jetstream. It is a ballpoint pen, but it's as smooth as a gel pen, and it doesn't smug when highlighted. But for algebra and physics class I love to use the kuru toga. I love how my pencil stays sharp since the lead continuously rotates as I write. Nice video James and keep up the good work.

Do you use the Uni ball jetstream 0.7 mm? are they good going and have exchangeable refills? Do they support fast rigorous writing? Which ones are better for maths and quick writing stuff the jetstream or koru toga? Thanks
hey man youre glowing, keep up the good work
My go to pen is the pentel energel.

Cool ^^ always good! much love
1:22 really loved the reference photo from ‘3 idiots’.. it really relates to your story

The way you like your papers shares a lot about you. I’m curious where that comes from, since your rooms lighting also maintains does the yellowy tint thing. Is it for less eye strain?
i havent tried a rotring pencil yet. i always thought it was expensive, but then i would buy many cheaper pens which… yea makes no sense lol But my favorite pencil so far is the pentel graph 1000 for pro. not to be mistaken with the graphgear 1000. It’s lightweight, but the construction of the of the pen is supreme so it doesnt feel cheap. if you like a heavier pencil, it may not be for you. but honestly i thought i preferred pencils with more weight, and was pleasantly surprised with the graph 1000 for pro

Love hearing about people their stationairy hehe. Totally agree on the non-totally-white paper, pure white paper just kinda hurts my eyes. I just get (almost all) my stationairy at Muji :3.
You’ve gotten a lot better at talking to the camera, and holding the viewers attention 👍 keep it up man
been waiting for this one ^^, I love my rotring pencils
Bro it's really good to see that u r becoming comfortable with camera and making more videos
Being an Indian Cello makes the best pens, ink pens and mechanical pencils plus it's cheap but it doesn't skimp on the quality. Another favourite of many student would be Reynolds which is like the OG of pens. If you know, you know. 😂

you're iconic for including the little 3 idiots frame, s tier movie and unforgettable scene with the pen
Neat stationery Mr. Scholz

Thanks for uploading videos of this type, they are my favorites, you are the best.
Love what you wrote on the E-Reader
bro kept me engaged on an entire video about pencils and pens LOL
bro i'm so excited that you're back
Love this vid that notebook is beautiful. Wondering where you got the label?
can you upload links and sources for the pictures you used in the video for intro of a new stationary accessory. I really liked those. like this one at 5:30 .
hello, I've seen you use a lot in your videos the x220 and I was thinking of buying one myself, is it still good for light programing ? also what specs does yours have or what mods have you done to it
i use a tombow mono graph is pretty chill
I’ve tried two rotring 600s, and I love them but I just keep dropping them and I leave them out on tables where it’s easy to fall, on top of books and my cat also loves to toss things on the floor, so both of the tips broke.. I think it’s a me thing but it’s just worth saying.
I thought I was the only one that would spend more money on things used frequently 😂Great video!
i use parker moment vector gold pen!!using it for past 3 years roller ball pens are just great!!
I maybe watch an hour of TV in the evening, watch YoTube for one more hour, go to bed, and than the same thing the next day.
your watch looks really nice which one is it?
What is the monitor you have behind in the video? Great video btw
I'm in love with this mechanical pencil!!😳😳😳
What do you think of the caran d'ache 849 fountain pen? Its a hexagonal fountain pen, so it might suit you
can you please show us how you turbo modified your think pad, i have an old laptop from like the late 90's which i want to modify to today's specs but i really like the old body (it doesn't book up) its like intel pentium or something , but i am not able to find any way to do so, can't find any motherboard that size or which can fit in the the ports and it would be a help if you told us.
I'd really love a video where you would just go over all the ebook readers you own. Just to compare them for a couple different usecases. I'm really interested in the Hisense Touch but it's expensive and there are no really good videos on it, same goes for a lot of the boox tablets. It's just spec reading instead of actual experience with the product. Especially for stuff like reading manga on it aswell.

Can’t deny the man fawning over mechanical pencils for 5 minutes, the most I relate to your fascination would be praising the liquidy smudgey pens in my toolkit as opposed to the tighter, thinner scratchy ones I can’t stand using. The calligraphy look of .5+ ball points just looks pleasant on graph paper
OmG I have already subscribed your all channels 🙀❤
What is the notebook stand that you have? It looks like it has two levels with lights, is it easy to find?

can u share a link for tht paperway memo
lost it when he meowed back to Mika xDDD
today someone whom i respect gave me their pen and told me to study hard , gonna grind books now . your vids are great for break between study
I'd recommend trying a Faber Castell Artist Pitt Pen. They're similar to a fineliner but the nib point is different and wears in much more similarly to a technical pencil. They don't fit your hex rule though haha

You got me really excited about mechanical pencils for some reason. I never thought about investing in a quality one even though I write with them a lot. The rotring 600 is out of my budget so I'm gonna try and find a 500. All my life I've been using the famous rotring tikky ones.
you should try the pilot vanishing point or the jinhao/moonman a1 which is basically the same pen
Isn’t the rotring 600 too heavy? I want to get one but I’m worried I won’t be able to write for long periods and plus it feels more like a graphing pencil rather than for writing.
The mechanical pencils just hits different. I still have these.

Ayy let’s goo this should be a good vid and can’t wait for more streams in the future when you have the chance to do them again.
I use Pappermate pens I find them more reliable than Bic pens. I typically, don't write down notes unless I am either attending a class on campus or making notes for language studies. I decided to take a semester off due to health issues and try again in Spring. So, that means longer days on Duolingo lol.
