It's not fair, they were one of the few couples I've ever really felt something for/that I've hopelessly fell in love with and it was ripped away from us. Ik it happened years ago, but I thought I was over it, I saw Ripley's photo and I cried. I cried watching this video. I still feel like I might cry some more.

Just came here after re-watching their season 2 arguably the best one for like the 2743 time. We’re in 2024 and there’s 1000s of edits of Vicley, they’re still trending that’s how you know the show fumbled with them. Barrett and Brett did an amazing job with the characters considering they only happened bc of their chemistry. Love of each other’s lives and soulmates, no one is topping VICLEY,best ship and couple of Station 19!! Vic was never the same after he died, but I’m so proud of how far she’s come.

I just don't understand why. Why would you kill off Ripley? It made no sense and it honestly ruined the show. I really hate you right now from putting this video together, because all it does is make me depressed. They had the best chemistry of any couple of the show. It feels like they were just mad that the two of them had more chemistry than Andy and Robert so the destroyed them. I'm so sad right now. I'm going to go cry in the corner now.

Ripley dying meant the end of Vicley on the show. Which immediately led to me boycotting because I felt so empty without the dynamic between Lucas and Vic. Side note but the actors had amazing chemistry on and off screen. I came across an ig post of them singing together and the Vicley stan in me was super giddy😭

I do like Theo as well for her. Not a lot of drama. Some relationships needs less and she deserves more. Love the show and like that the story line is complex but Andy has 2 much drama. The character lacks professionalism in many situations which makes it unrealistic.

I remember being sooo shocked when Ripley was killed off of the show. But for the ppl saying they stopped watching it bc of Ripley being killed off, you should really give it a try again (if you want of course). It’s actually still really good. Vic has a new love interest now, Theo. Ik ppl don’t give him a chance bc they keep comparing Theo to Ripley, but i like him a lot for Vic. They’re really cute together too. He’s so patient and kind to Vic. I just hope the writers don’t ruin their relationship either. Vic has been through enough.

Probably because a middle aged mature man treats you right ,compared to the 'boys'. Similar to Greys Anatomy. recycling story lines, I stopped watching after JApril. April and Jessie separation and when they reunited, Shonda could have done a spin off with JAPRIL

Incidentally, during the pandemic I came upon TURKISH series and for 2022 I have watched None of my normal US TV series. Chicago PD (Ruzek/kim) , Chicago MED, and Chicago Fire, FBI , FBI most wanted, FBI International, LAW and Order SVU. SEAL Team (Favourite) SWAT , 911.Equalizer.... (The LGBQT has taken over US series) So its not for my SPIRT so ceased watching. TURKISH series allows me to learn their culture and their history. It's a patriarchal society and abusive to women, but plots are REAL life an global issues. I choose what I want to WATCH. (LGBQT is absent in Turkish series ) It's MY CHOICEI to watch what I WANT.

In the tv show black character never had an happy ending . They can’t kill them anymore so they kill their partner. Same scenario all the tv show black girl chasing the white Guy then after he fell in love with her , they destroy the relation in the worse way for her. Vampire diaries, the good doctor, Chicago fire. Also I noticed they always paint the black girl very strong who is always bossing the white guy she is dating. She pursue him, She propose to him then he died . Only shonda rimes write beautiful story with black or diversity people and they are beautiful and people love her show for that. She don’t need to kill some love story to make others to live .

I hated him being killed off along with the other characters but after they killed Dean I said ok, I’m done. I have never watched another episode after Dean’s death. I try to avoid series because it’s easy to get attached to characters and then they die.

I'm assuming Ripley's character met his demise to show the fragility of life as a firefighter. I guess we can't ALWAYS expect NOTHING to go wrong in that profession, even if it's a TV show. Chicago Fire on NBC has killed off main characters too. I get it, but the real world is tough enough. I need shiny & happy in my TV watching. Also, these writers refuse to let Vic live & love. Now her & Theo are dunzo. It's so annoying.🤦🏾♀️ I never thought they fully healed from her abortion. I never saw them getting past that.😭

Ripley dying meant the end of Vicley on the show. Which immediately led to me boycotting because I felt so empty without the dynamic between Lucas and Vic. Side note but the actors had amazing chemistry on and off screen. I came across an ig post of them singing together and the Vicley stan in me was super giddy😭
its still hurts, I cryed again watching him die. This was the couple that gave me the Slexie vibe and I truelly believed that they will make it.

I do like Theo as well for her. Not a lot of drama. Some relationships needs less and she deserves more. Love the show and like that the story line is complex but Andy has 2 much drama. The character lacks professionalism in many situations which makes it unrealistic.

I remember being sooo shocked when Ripley was killed off of the show. But for the ppl saying they stopped watching it bc of Ripley being killed off, you should really give it a try again (if you want of course). It’s actually still really good. Vic has a new love interest now, Theo. Ik ppl don’t give him a chance bc they keep comparing Theo to Ripley, but i like him a lot for Vic. They’re really cute together too. He’s so patient and kind to Vic. I just hope the writers don’t ruin their relationship either. Vic has been through enough.

Probably because a middle aged mature man treats you right ,compared to the 'boys'. Similar to Greys Anatomy. recycling story lines, I stopped watching after JApril. April and Jessie separation and when they reunited, Shonda could have done a spin off with JAPRIL

Incidentally, during the pandemic I came upon TURKISH series and for 2022 I have watched None of my normal US TV series. Chicago PD (Ruzek/kim) , Chicago MED, and Chicago Fire, FBI , FBI most wanted, FBI International, LAW and Order SVU. SEAL Team (Favourite) SWAT , 911.Equalizer.... (The LGBQT has taken over US series) So its not for my SPIRT so ceased watching. TURKISH series allows me to learn their culture and their history. It's a patriarchal society and abusive to women, but plots are REAL life an global issues. I choose what I want to WATCH. (LGBQT is absent in Turkish series ) It's MY CHOICEI to watch what I WANT.

In the tv show black character never had an happy ending . They can’t kill them anymore so they kill their partner. Same scenario all the tv show black girl chasing the white Guy then after he fell in love with her , they destroy the relation in the worse way for her. Vampire diaries, the good doctor, Chicago fire. Also I noticed they always paint the black girl very strong who is always bossing the white guy she is dating. She pursue him, She propose to him then he died . Only shonda rimes write beautiful story with black or diversity people and they are beautiful and people love her show for that. She don’t need to kill some love story to make others to live .
To be honest, Vic is an EXCELLENT seductress in any movie she needs to play that role. She's the newest Hollywood's favorite modest seductress. Check

I agree. Ruiz is a nice guy. But IMO, she's out of his league. Like he was a part of her recovery, but just a stop on her journey to bigger things in her life and greater love.
I hated him being killed off along with the other characters but after they killed Dean I said ok, I’m done. I have never watched another episode after Dean’s death. I try to avoid series because it’s easy to get attached to characters and then they die.

I didn't think I would like them since I'm not usually a fan of age gap ships, but I SOBBED when he died.
I'm assuming Ripley's character met his demise to show the fragility of life as a firefighter. I guess we can't ALWAYS expect NOTHING to go wrong in that profession, even if it's a TV show. Chicago Fire on NBC has killed off main characters too. I get it, but the real world is tough enough. I need shiny & happy in my TV watching. Also, these writers refuse to let Vic live & love. Now her & Theo are dunzo. It's so annoying.🤦🏾♀️ I never thought they fully healed from her abortion. I never saw them getting past that.😭

The character of Ripley was killed off because the actor took another job he preferred. Sometimes it just ain't all that serious.
They are Japril on the other side and they hated that. This show was a trying to be a carbon copy of greys and you now what they could have been should have been. Always ruining a good thing for no reason.
