I'm from Kansas, I caught a 6 lb largemouth bass, that was the biggest fish I've ever caught , I thought she looked pregnant so we let her go.

To say this is incredible, does not even come close. It’s extraordinary to a point that you can not top for the rest of your life.

Nice fish. Not to be that guy, but you beat the shit outta that fish. Is it not allowed at chu to have a rubber net and to take your measurements and whatnot in fish cradles? Incredible chu laker.

Please dont get on him too much about the fish handling. He did not seem experienced in landing fish like this. Yes, the fish has a broken jaw (at least), but he probably didnt know about this because thats how you weigh bass (what he was fishing for). I believe lakers spawn more than once, which this fish probably did, so at least some of its genetics are back into the population. Also, he got it back into the water pretty quick and fought it really quick, which can definitely increase survival percentage. To me, he did the best with what he knew, and hopefully can learn from these comments if he catches another one. A lot of people have done much worse (who also know a lot better).
