The same money you steel as allowances and salary increments is what you call friends contributions

Change the constitution as parliament so that we go back to how Late Kibaki reconstituted his cabinet. Let CS be selected from mps this will lower over-spending in paying salaries and heavy allowances to the executive. Lower salaries of all the 3 arms of government so that whoever feels uncomfortable with the new salaries not to vie or seek any political position.

Give the fact, to save the Nation (president). Give lies to confuse the government even more.

MPs your loyalty should be to the constituents not your party and party leaders . Your loyalty to your party should be last.
