If possible scrap the 48 ministers per ministry, assign senators offices at county assemblies to directly oversight counties and also scrap the positions of county commissioners and their assistants to reduce wage bill. The chiefs and ward administrators are still duplicated roles that need to be merged.

I like the fact that the Provost is calmly making pertinent points, but like many in the system, he is also just another gradualist. And, gradualism is what has led us to this dead end, where the likes of Ruto come in and take advantage of us. If the system is not shaken, there'll never be any chance of renewal and progress. Many people are way too lazy and comfortable in their respective roles and you can understand why they don't want to hear of even a hint of the possibility of rocking the boat, as it were.

IT IS Gacagua who is speaking like he does not to know the distinction beteen the 3 arms of government. He said they are obeying the directiins of their UDA Party and coalition and their President who heads the Executive. Okot feels ashamed because among the 3 Arms of Government, Parliament is the strongest. They should use their heads to think for the people who sent them there, and not think like a house full of KaWanjikú-types who believe that they are in Parliament to please Ruto, to be his errand boys and girls. Gacagua has also started disappointing the same Kenyans he has been crying to by being an apologist for his boss's sins. And as soon as Ruto gets up on his feet again if at all Gacagua will be the first recipient of Rutos kicks.

The president has failed Kenya they should do the right thing resign dissolve parliament and have a new beginning . Why wait and talk now when parents are crying for the children who have died and where are the ones who were abducted ? So this. Regime is really done the worst mistake ever committed by a Regime in power can these police officers be prosecuted time Wil come and will come soon than later . The Godly Regime ? What a shame what a shame . These young people are the ones who voted for you because you promised them and no services are given . This is murder and l think the God name which was used is following this Regime to the end and l think judgement is already passed on this Regime. How can this president have the unqualified people to advise him if he is really serious ?can change course meanwhile . Have an inclusive government of all tribes not the two tribes as is the case now . Are they teaching their children that it is normal . Where are christian values . Once in power they start cursing and taking revenge on the people of the previous Regime which they said they won't but will make Kenya a good country for all but changed and did the opposite.

The anarchy is provoked in a premeditated way by the violent response from the authorities, who deliberately set the police on a collision path by giving them illegitimate orders to summarily execute random protestors. They do this because they do not respect or value their citizens. The Rutos, Gachaguas and Bungeis of this World want to paint the protestors as violent anarchists and use that pretext to randomly murder people they don't like as a deterrent measure. We've seen this movie before. There would be no anarchy, if the Police were to behave responsibly, and not as a blood-thirsty occupying foreign force on a hunting mission.

The government could help themselves if they allow those who are abroad, have it easy to start businesses back home in Kenya. If starting a business is made easier, safer, then the tax income from those businesses will go a long long way. That will provide job opportunities for the youth as well as opportunities for those abroad to come back home. Not everyone wants to be abroad their whole lives. It's the bad state of Kenya that makes many leave. Now they have learned better things majuu, allow them to bring back those good things learned back home and make kenya a better place...ghana did it during the home coming year. Many black Americans went to ghana and started businesses. C'mon gen z give your leaders ideas coz inakaa we need to have a dialog.....

Riggy G has issues with Hajji, he believes that the former president Uhuru used him to fix Riggy G, and Somalis are overweight, overtaking kikuyus influences financially, politically, diplomatically, military, socially and Somalis are controlling the government departments used to be Kikuyus like NIS, DCI, DPP, Defende, NEB, and many more.

Did the deputy President know that one day he would be pleading with the young people of Kenya today? when it's alleged that he told young graduates in Kenya " We don't have jobs for you" with your degrees .( boasting) Today he's forgotten but those graduates haven't 🎓 because he hurt them If so he better shut up because they failed and running around pleasing the West led by the US instead of ensuring that the people of Kenya are getting quality life. As for Ruto is paying dearly and his government. He's the couse of those deaths. 😢😢 My sincere condolences to all who are affected and the nation at large 🙏 💔.

It appears that Kenya president Ruto learned little from former president Kibaki about economic independence from the west. Kibaki completely rejected US World Bank and EU IMF conditionalities that required him to fire teachers,, nurses, doctors, policemen, and all life-supporting workers in Kenya in order to access funds from the west. Kibaki turned to the east, specifically China. But anti-Chinese propaganda that the US Congress funded with $1.5 billion to buy all the media houses has made Kenya turn away from China. Associating Kenya with US/NATO while the latter is on an aggressive all-out war against the global south is completely insane. President Ruto should get away from these western global genociders and look for other partners to work with.

We need policies and structures for service delivery which are independent on who occupies office. The leaders should just be mere employees who follow the laid job descriptions and can be dismissed if they don’t perform their jobs as expected. Corrupt, incompetence leaders should be stricked off the offices.
