Crazy, Where's the state located? Jk mate, Love your videos and your interactions with the fanbase. Even if we don't get all the crazy videos we ask for (Like mine about the Indigenous peoples genocides, ect that are just such huge topics that would need a channel purely dedicated to them haha) you make the best out of the ones you bring us, Glad I found your channel early last year. I enjoyed every video I was able to see from you, Glad you can make this a job/ hobby you can enjoy!

As someone who has a condition on the Autistic Spectrum, Pragmatic Language Disorder, the fact that you have repeatedly proposed to make a video about Autism and makes videos about subjects that get barely mentioned in history (like how nations other than the US and European nations dealt with the Great Depression) are great and informative. I love your videos, and I can almost see the smile on your face when you talk on here. I've been subscribed since I came across your video on the Tokyo Trail and your videos keep getting better and better. I'm glad that you're able to find a way to escape the hurtful mistreatment at the hands of those who are ignorant or choose not to understand Autistic Conditions. Keep up the great work and looking forward to seeing your next video. PS, if you like, I can link my own video I made about the Autistic Spectrum Condition I was diagnosed with if it helps with a future history of Autism video 😀

Feel you sir, got sick while in college and had to drop out, found myself homeless after. Lasted for while, didn't have family and took me a few years, but after some experimental mediation my health stabilized and I got back to work, then covid, so I got sick again and then decided to go back into the healthcare field.

I'm glad things are working out for you. I got a stable job in late 2020 after not being able to find one for a long time, since about September 2019 (well before Covid). While it was over half a year into the pandemic, it was weird that suddenly I was able to afford leaving my parents house again (I had been out before, but had to go back due to losing the job from befoer 2019... I was at least lucky enough that my parents allowed it, but I really didn't want to go back...)

You've got great videos and a great attitude! I'm not sure how far along you are in the hiring, but you should consider someone less experienced or fresh out of school for the animation job. You've already found a great style (that's the hard part) and all they will need to do is copy that. If you get someone with lots of experience they might want to change everything and I think that will ruin the vibe. Also, inexperienced 2d animators have a tough time breaking into the field. Keep up the great work.

I really like you're content, be careful with the music you use tho. The US has a thing called the library of Congress that has a lot of music in the public domain I think.

Though I've had some differences in the past with the content, I still want to express my opinion on what makes this channel special. It's the fact that you don't go just deeper but more logical into every topic. It's easy to judge in hindsight but when in the moment, you don't have always the luxury of choice and definitely not the luxury of foresight. Your video on why Africa is poor is a testimony to this fact. Projecting your cultures habits and options to the rest of the globe doesn't help. This is one of the biggest issues in EU for example and actually people don't giving a shit about the rest of the union. Success is also very dependent on luck and often people forget about the small but important moments of luck that led to success or the moment where the lack of it led to disasters. Anyhow, I also love your sarcastic humour. I've worked with Dutch people (I think you are Dutch given your English and the medicinal herbs) and there is something strange but appealing to this sense of humour if you can avoid shooting the messenger. Finally, I was very surprised to what you explained about your financial experience. Didn't expect that from the Netherlands. Sounds like being in USA. I know you Dutch guys love USA but I thought your social system was better. I also thought that you were a UX person. Thank you and keep up.

My background is I'm working to become a licensed architect and primarily focused on the transition of buildings and infrastructure to becoming self reliant on their own energy.
