Burton can play centre or five eight.him and critta were the centres for Penrith in the grand final win over the Rabbitohs in 2022.wouldnt hurt if Burton was picked to partner Critta in the centres but maybe because he is playing for the Bulldogs.just curious because of his omission.anyway Best is also in form and Staggs is out with injury.turbo is not 100 percent fit aswell.good luck in the dicider Blues.

@@Display_Name250 Better Blues team. You would have seen how they monstered Qld in game 2. That ain’t gonna change due to the absence of Latrell. Moses & Angus Crichton had more impact than Latrell. He was super though. Disappointed to see him out but I think Best is a like for like replacement.

Best is the best option, he’s speedy and has had a wonderful debut for NSW last year, Burto can only bring 60 m high bombs, we already have lots of good kickers in our team so no use for him

@noelbush6284 Matt Burton is a better five-eighth and Bradman Best is a better centre. If a centre gets injured obviously you replace him with another centre, not a five-eighth. Has nothing to do with who's a better player.

He hasn’t met the expectations at Origin level, if you want to be in the squad you need to have destructive runs, like Leniu, O hasn’t done much except a shoulder hit on Coates.
