State Funeral of lt. MLA & Advisor Noke Wangnao held in Dimapur
A state funeral was accorded NokeWangnao, advisor, social welfare department was held Monday afternoon, at his residence, Noke villa, Nagarjan Dimapur.
Late Wagnao had passed away Monday morning, at Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research (CIHSR) Dimapur after suffering from a cardiac arrest.
He leaves behind his wife, four daughters, two sons and grandchildren. He was 87.
Late Wagnao was elected to the Nagaland Legislative assembly nine times from the 43 Tapi assembly constituency under Mon district.
Host of ministers, advisors, legislators, senior bureaucrats and others attended the funeral program and paid their last respects.
