Do you have any recommendations for a generator to use with the State Fair oven... such as type of generator, size, brand, or anything else? Especially if we happen to get so much business that would cause the oven (and the generator) to be used for several hours in a row.

I used PREDATOR 3500 Watt SUPER QUIET Inverter Generator with CO SECURE Technology It was perfect! Ran my oven and freezer. No issues! I bought mine at harbor freight. I hope this helps, and I wish you much success. bestselfemployedhomebusiness.com

How do they taste? I can't find anything about how they compare to Lil' Orbitz or fried donuts.

Light weight wire push to clean the rollers. Paper towel wipes away grease in catch tray. Also mild soap and water wipe down, followed by quick wipe with sanitizer, and final rinse. These steps are quick and easy daily.

I don't think it's nearly as cheap anymore thete are about 1200 bucks just for the machine. I am thinking about getting one for next season since I don't have a desert but I don't want a microwave because my generator won't pull the watts
